  • I am warning anyone who would consider this hotel. The front desk are not helpful or friendly at all. They barely speak english...

  • We were very pleased with this hotel and highly recommend it. The staff were courteous and helpful, looking after our luggage and placing it in our rooms when we checked in early. The rooms, and bathrooms, were spotless and well furnished, comfy beds too. The view from the roof over Lisbon is spectacular.....plus there is a great outdoor rooftop swimming pool.You cant beat it for location, we took the subway daily(good fun) and its a short cab ride to the airport.There is a very friendly neighbourhood family restaurant a few metres away.We had two double rooms, two double beds in each, and the value was unbeatable. And let me say that the Portuguese people are as friendly and helpful as youll meet anywhere(French folks should take notes!).posted by Toronto couple July 2008

  • I am warning anyone who would consider this hotel. The front desk are not helpful or friendly at all. They barely speak english and are not accomodating enough to assist you with any basic tourist questions. It was the most horrible trip we ever had.

  • My daughter and I really enjoyed our two nights here. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and were able to answer our questions (in English) easily. The breakfast was wonderful...maybe a little overpriced. All in all we would definetely stay here again.

  • We stayed at the Holiday Inn for our Portugal trip. It was a good hotel, the rooms were very comfortable, with nice settings. The bathrooms were very nice, I liked the Dove hand soap, and shower gel feature! Cant comment on food, since we always ate somewhere else. Overall, this was a very nice hotel, in a quiet area, and at a good price. The staff were very helpful, too!
