  • Nice hotel in a convenient location. But I stayed there for one night and was charged for three. I phoned, e-mailed, even went there in person to get it sorted out. A month later there has been no resolution. Get everything in writing when checking in or you may just get ripped off like I did.

  • due to a power outage the hotel lost electricity, however emergency power allowed one elevator to run. we were checking out at the time and needed to get our luggage in our room onthe 12TH floor,the staff told us on several occasions that there were no elevators running ,after waiting 2 hours until power was restored,we learned that an elevator was in operation for VIP""s,I guess if you are over 65 your not a VIP.
