  • We arrived in Bariloche this summer with no reservations at all, and after renting a car, we found this great hotel just in front of Nahuel Huapi lake, 5 min far away from the centre ( which is great just for a walk only once ) and wonderfully located for every activity and tour we decided to take.Rooms are really great, very large, with craftmade fireplace and the most wonderful view to the lake (and we were on the 1st floor!! ) . We had also a jacuzzi ( people in the hotel told us that every room had jacuzzi and fireplace ) . The Spa is very complete, I personally enjoyed a lot my chocolate mask massage and my husband liked a lot the mud therapy mask. Prices were very good (we bought a package that included 4 body massages and masks and paid for all about U$D 160! )... both the two saunas were great, and the indoor and outdoor swimming pool seemed heaven to us. The restaurant also was very good, we chose all patagonian recipies which are really delightfull and the chef came and spoke to us twice and prepared us some special meals. We specially recommend the carpaccio and all the meats they prepared ( with mint, special patagonian mushrooms, and also another with blueberries).Oh! The breakfast is like homemade, with all the marmelades and breads already made, delicious scones and cakes. It really surprised us a lot. Bariloche is also a wonderful place to stay more than the week we stayed. We´re planning to return with our children but for ski season cause there´s the most large ski centre of the whole south america in Bariloche. And with no doubt, we´ll stay at this hotel again.
