  • What a great time we had at the Hilton Toronto. Staff were amazing from the moment we arrived to the second we left. We were on the Executive level of the hotel which is second only to the CN Tower for best views. Also, there is a Ruths Chris Steakhouse in the hotel... what a fabulous meal! This was by far the most relaxing weekend weve had away in a long time!

  • What a great time we had at the Hilton Toronto. Staff were amazing from the moment we arrived to the second we left. We were on the Executive level of the hotel which is second only to the CN Tower for best views. Also, there is a Ruths Chris Steakhouse in the hotel... what a fabulous meal! This was by far the most relaxing weekend weve had away in a long time!

  • After reading the last review, I was hesitant to book here, but I called the hotel directly and they assured me the renovations were complete. When I arrived I found an amazing hotel that is state of the art and in excellent condition. I felt like I was at a brand new hotel and the staff were excellent. I will definetly stay here again.

When I arrived I found an amazing hotel that is state of the art and in excellent condition. I felt like I was at a brand new hotel and the staff were excellent. I will definetly stay here again.

  • Service is amazing at this large downtown hotel. With all the guest in house, both the doorman and the server in Tundra remembered me by name. We choose to pay a little more to get access to the lounge which was absolutely worth it. The views from the 32nd Floor are incredible and they have really taken service to a whole new Level. New rain showers were so good that I didnt want to leave!

  • Service is amazing at this large downtown hotel. With all the guest in house, both the doorman and the server in Tundra remembered me by name. We choose to pay a little more to get access to the lounge which was absolutely worth it. The views from the 32nd Floor are incredible and they have really taken service to a whole new Level.   • We needed a quiet place to sleep after late night meetings and in expectation of a next day packed with business... were woken at 7:45 in the morning by renovation noises... we werent advised in advance that construction would begin at this early hour (on a Saturday no less!!)Manager quite snippy about providing rebate... ultimately got 50% off of room, but I ask you if you order a rental car and it comes with no wheels should you still have to pay 50%??? if you order a burger and it comes with no meat patty should you still have to pay 50%?Seriously suggest you take a miss on this hotel for the time being (a pity really, other than the manager the staff was extremely accommodating and professional)
