The Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Trolley stops in front of the hotel where you can hop on and be dropped off at any of the numerous attractions, theatres or outlet malls in the area.

The hotel features a seasonal outdoor pool and a year-round indoor swimming pool and whirlpool. A river-side patio, complete with BBQ grills are available year round. Guest laundry is available. Above the indoor pool is an outdoor patio perfect for duck-watching and listening to the mountain river. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby area of the Main Office Building and the lower floors of the Tower. Complimentary breakfast is served to all guests in the Main Office Building.

Presidential Suites are located in the 7-story Tower. These suites are extra large rooms that feature either a fireplace or a whirlpool bath. Adjoining Presidential Suites feature both a fireplace and whirlpool bath. Riverside Presidential Suites have private balconies that overlook the Little Pigeon River.

Located in the Main Office Building and the building across from the outdoor pool, standard deluxe rooms featuring either 2 double beds or a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination unit. Additionally, extra-large rooms with a two king-sized beds and whirlpool tub are available. Both our 2 double bed and extra-large 2-king beds rooms with whirlpool include microwaves, refrigerators, 25 inch remote control televisions with extended basic cable TV, direct dial telephones, individually controlled heat & air and coffeemakers.

Pet Friendly - maximum 2 pets, each weighing no more than 25 pounds, $10 per night per pet. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
