  • This was our first visit with family to LA.Having a teenager son who wanted to do something rather than sit around beaches, we booked ourselves in this hotel which was very centrally located.Since the time we enterd to the last day we were very happy and satisfied with the service we recd. the first room was on the 8th floor with a spectacular view of LA, but there was no extra bed and thus we moved to the 3rd floor. @ night it was a bit noisy as the bar would be open late, but in the morning the poolside would look so clean and fresh as if there was nobody there @ night partying. I was just amazed @ the efficiency and the level of service we received. From the bell man to the front desk to the housekeeping members all never hesitated to look into our comfort.I was apprehensive staying there but I am glad we did as our teenager son also enjoyed himself. Now we look forward to booking a night @ this chain in NY to see if they too provide such superior service.Three cheers to all staf members of Mondarion Hotel, LA. Job being very well done!!!
