  • My husband and I picked this hotel because of the great reviews, and it was amazing. The room was spotless, nice big bath towels, had a mini fridge and microwave which came in handy. The front desk personnel was very helpful. The free parking and shuttle service to the train station saved us alot of money. It was such a great stay we didnt want to leave! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Chicago!

  • Stayed two days in Sept. This may be the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in.front desk very helpful with directions, maps etc. Shuttle was very prompt, every30 min. to airport & other transit links. if you fly in, no need for car rental. shuttle eventook us to local establishments and picked us up when we called front desk.Everyone very friendly and courteous. Nice pool, fitness room, and computer room.Our room was very clean and spacious. beds were very comfortable.Lounge & check in area had a warm and friendly atmosphere, with fireplace & tv.With discounted rates, I would not even consider another hotel in the area.Dining area did have limited hours, but shuttle to local sports bar & grill made up for this.

  • I can honestly say this is the cleanest hotel that Ive ever stayed at. The evening staff was a little on the rude side but the crew on the morning side was fine. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. The beds had adjustable firmness. Kids meals on room service menue very affordable, delivered quickly and tasted good. Indoor pool had a great kids area although water was a bit chilly. Free parking & shuttle to OHare that left every half hour/24 hrs a day. We will stay here again!

  • Im a frequent traveler and Ive traveled to different states and stayed at several different hotels. Ive even stayed at other Hiltons. This one was the cleanest Ive ever seen. Definitely its a brand new building and I must say theyre maintaining it very well. I enjoyed my stay so much that this is the only hotel that Ill stay at during my next months trip to Chicago.

  • Drove from MI to fly out of ORD, I used their Park & Fly. Only cost $50 for a week, to park. When we got back they had cleared the snow from my windshield. Plus when we came back our flight was delayed and we got into ORD later than wanting to drive 3+ hours back so we stayed again. Both stays were excellent. The front desk staff is EXCEPTIONAL, The Shuttle drivers are A+

  • This hotel was great. From the shuttle picking us up at the airport, to the friendliest people at the front desk, to the really comfy beds. We arrived around 9am in the morning and they let us check in, then they took us to the train station, so we could go downtown. They called a taxi for us a couple of times and always greeted us coming back into the hotel or leaving the hotel. The room was very nice, and we were next to the elevator, we could not hear it going up and down.Definately would stay there again.

  • this is my first review. but wanted to share this experience with others. This hotel was wonderful, great for families,business travelers,couples. Great indoor pool/play area for small children. We were visiting family in the Chicago area, and found the location to be perfect. everyone working at this hotel are so nice and go out of their way to help out. The beds were wonderful, as my husband and i, both have some back problems,these beds were top rate. Good rates too and everything is brand new. nice bar area and food was good at the hotel as well.

  • This was an excellent hotel. Reasonably priced, great amenities. Although the airport was close we never knew it. My 2 year old grandson loved the fountain and all the pool toys at the pool. We could not have asked for anything more in a hotel and if we ever return to the Chicago area again we will definitely try to stay there again.

  • Entire hotel was immaculate. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did an excellent job. No issues at all with reservations or attempts to add additoinal charges. Many high quality meeting areas, business center is very useful and well equipped. Checkout was also very easy. Received a no smoking room without asking for it. Room was quiet and bed are a combine both hi-tech foam similar to a Tempurpedic along with a Sleep Number bed. Very easy to find a comfortable setting. Lobby was warm and inviting with plenty of room to sit and play board games or watch TV near the fireplace. Also a kiosk is provided to search for local attractions, restaurants, and other destinations. You can print out maps directly from it to make traveling easier. I would stay there again and encourage others to do so.
