  • Great pet friendly facility (we travel with two kids, two dogs and one cat). They are welcome (on leashes) everywhere except where food is served, even the pool. Disney is three miles away, but the best part is its location to all of the attractions, stores, etc. of Kissimmee. Love the hotel, stayed there four years in a row already and presently have reservations for this fall!

  • Great pet friendly facility (we travel with two kids, two dogs and one cat). They are welcome (on leashes) everywhere except where food is served, even the pool.   • Very nice new holiday in hotel, nice pool area, a great free breakfest... Good long hours and lots of food. Internet worked well, its accross the street from a walmart, save area and very close to the main gate at disney.. Down side, the walls are thin, and you can hear the TV next door on.. Overall we would stay again.... staff was great as they always are...Had to get the room key changed 2 times becuase they stopped working for some reason?

  • My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn express, so close to all the theme parks and near shopping . the rooms were very clean and well equipt. and the staff is verycourteous and friendly. You have to rent a car to really enjoy the sights at the theme parks thebus service that is provide by most of the hotels in the city is not very reliable. We really enjoyed the private computer room that is provided to check your e-mail and reserach the area for dinner and shopping. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely return here. A trip to the Kennedy Space Center is a must !!!

  • My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn express, so close to all the theme parks and near shopping . the rooms were very clean and well equipt. and the staff is verycourteous and friendly.   • the holiday inn east does not have near the ameneties of its sister hotel lake buenavista.the hotel was basic fairly clean,but staff extreamly unhelpful.

  • This hotel is clean, the staff very helpful and friendlly, beds are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning is very good..there is something there for everyone.The location of the hotel is very close to Disney...about five minutes or less.We had a great experience and would come back again. Best value...I believe

  • This hotel is clean, the staff very helpful and friendlly, beds are comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning is very good..there is something there for everyone.The location of the hotel is very close to Disney...about five minutes or less.We had a great experience and would come back again.   • The hotel was clean and nice, but not very quiet. It sounded like the folks in the room above ours chose to do aerobics at 11:30 PM. It sounded as though they were running across the length of their room for about 45 minutes each night. When I called the front desk to complain, I was told it would be taken care of, but that didnt seem to happen, because the noise continued for about 30 more minutes.If I choose to stay at the hotel again, I will book directly with the hotel, as the great rate that the online travel agency got me for pre-purchasing the room throught their website, was $ more than the hotel would have charged had I booked directly through the hotel. Yes, I prepaid my room through the online travel agency for 6 nights.Today, I opened my mail to find that I have been charged another $, by Holiday Inn Express. I contacted the hotel, but had to leave a voice mail for the manager so that he could call be back. Next, I contacted the travel agency, who was very eager to reimburse my credit card for the additional $ charged by Holiday Inn Express, which will take 7 -10 days to process. It sure didnt take 7- 10 days to charge my card. I thought the reason for booking with the travel agency was to obtain a better rate. I guess some things are learned the hard way. But, I will get the satisfaction of my $ in the word of mouth advertising that I will provide to my friends, family and acquaintances. In the future, if I am in the need of help with my travel arrangements, I will not use this online travel agency, because I feel that I have been ripped off.
