  • Great site, fine staff, excellent rooms, all fine except 1) church bells ring every hour, 24/7and2) some guests were middle-aged but apparently flashing back to fraternity days, making noise in halls at 2 a.m.

  • The hotel was in a good location, but it was loud. From the North side of the hotel you could hear the rings of a bell tower. On the South side of the hotel, your hear doors slamming and street noise. We changed our room 3 times. The last time we just gave up. The rooms need to be updated. A/C in some rooms make a rattling noise and some of the showers do not drain well. I will not stay at this hotel again.

  • The hotel was in a good location, but it was loud. From the North side of the hotel you could hear the rings of a bell tower. On the South side of the hotel, your hear doors slamming and street noise. We changed our room 3 times. The last time we just gave up. The rooms need to be updated. A/C in some rooms make a rattling noise and some of the showers do not drain well. I will not stay at this hotel again.

  • It is right in the middle of downtown Toronto. The subway station is located about 100 yards away. There is upscale dinning in the hotel and below the hotel there is a mall-like area with lots of fast food.We had an HD TV with lots of channels but the movies were really pricey, about * a movie. The internet wasnt free but the city of Toronto has a city wide wireless service for only * a month, you can get a signal anywhere in the city. They have a salt water pool that is indoor/outdoor and they also have toys to play with in the pool. There is a hot tub which felt good to soak in after a long day sightseeing in the city. They also have recycling bins in the rooms which Green people will love.

Concierge was always helpful.

  • This return visit certainly did not disappoint. The location is great for access to public transit. As usual, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was very nice with enough space, and the bed was GREAT! If I were to nit pick, the doors between rooms allowed a fair bit of noise to filter through.   • I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was excellent, the rooms clean, and the underground shopping provided most everything you wanted. The only thing to be aware of is you will pay for everything. Food is more expensive in Toronto than other places. Also, they charge $/day to access their Internet. This on top of paying over $/night to stay there. It seems like they are gouging you a bit there. All in all it was a good place to stay and I would stay there again.

  • We PREPAID for a ROOM; on arrival find NO ROOMS LEFT!! They put us in uncomfortable meeting room and 'offered' free breakfast. If we had not prepaid, we can go elsewhere. Absolutely SHAMEFUL for a Sheraton flagship hotel.

  • This hotel is very nice! The staff was extremely helpful and I was impressed with the service. I will certainly return to this location when I am in the city!

  • Our stay was excellent. The room was spacious and clean and we had a great view of the city. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location couldnt be beat--we were within easy walking distance of lots of activities, bars and restaurants and you could access the Toronto underground through the basement of the hotel, which meant access to all the shops and restaurants without ever going outside into the weather. We would definately stay there again and recommend it highly.

  • Our stay was excellent. The room was spacious and clean and we had a great view of the city. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location couldnt be beat--we were within easy walking distance of lots of activities, bars and restaurants and you could access the Toronto underground through the basement of the hotel, which meant access to all the shops and restaurants without ever going outside into the weather. We would definately stay there again and recommend it highly.

  • My family and I have stated at the Sheraton Centre more times than I can remember. This hotel is located in the middle of everything. In less than a minute you can be in the Eaton Center by using the PATH. The staff has always been helpful and the rooms always maintained well. The beds are comfortable.

  • My family and I have stated at the Sheraton Centre more times than I can remember. This hotel is located in the middle of everything. In less than a minute you can be in the Eaton Center by using the PATH. The staff has always been helpful and the rooms always maintained well. The beds are comfortable.

Our room was very spacious and always clean when we asked for the room to be cleaned. The view was to die for. With the CN Tower in view, we were lucky to see it change color every night. The only draw back was the fire alarm went off at 1am one night but the staff was very informative and made sure we stayed calm. The fact that it was within walking distance to everything, including the hall of fame, was a real plus.

  • We arrived on a very busy day. We waited at the curb for a few minutes but nobody approached us or helped us at all. We moved the luggage into the lobby ourselves. No valet parking people came either, but it turned out okay to us because you can park across the street (city hall underground parking garage) yourself for $ per day, vs $ valet parking in the hotel. Hotel is connected to underground shopping plazas, underground parking garage, Bay dept store, Eaton Centre, so it is very convenient. (We walked to CN tower without surfacing at all) Fire alarm went off on our last night and it was annoying. Swimming pool is free but not the gym. The lobby is huge and kids can play chess there. Food and other service is very pricey. Free WiFi in the lobby only. Nice and quiet AC. Rooms are clean. Staff are polite. You cant beat Sheratons pillows and matresses.

The management was nice about it and gave us extra points but they couldve discounted the room a little. We would still stay there again. Lastly, be advised that Toronto has institued a Dedicated Marketing Fee of $6.95 a night that most places dont advertise.

  • We arrived in Toronto the morning of July 8th and took the airport shuttle to the hotel which is a great deal, and a very nice bus. The hotel is very centrally located and has easy access to mass transit, but cabs are a bit pricey. I also recommend the double decker sight seeing tour bus that allows you to get on and off for a week as long as you have your receipt. Dining at the hotel is quiet pricey, there are many restaurants near the hotel. I recommend the Baton Rouge Restaurant. We enjoyed our stay except we booked an Air Canada flight but was put on to an United flight and received no email about this change. This became a problem flying home when checking in to our flight. But overall it was a great visit.

  • It was jmy first time staying at the Sheraton Centre Toronto hotel.. Everything was perfect. Beautiful hotel, restaruants, all connected to the PATH, EATON CENTRE. CN TOWER IS WALIKNG DISTANCE. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, so it is close to everything.I had asked for a room AWAY from the elevators and on an upper floor . I got an excellent view of Downtown Toronto from my hotel room. There were some great reasonably priced restaurants that were walking distance from the hotel. Overall it is an excellent hotel and would recommend to friends and stay again.

  • this hotel is not bad, but there is noise happening all throughout the day. You can hear water running through their pipes. This hotel offers great customers service and parking is a bit expensive($35 a day ). You could park the car across from the hotel on Queen st. ( city hall parkinglot ) for $6 during the day on weekends of $12. But no in or out piverliges.

  • I was here, as part of a very large group, to attend a convention. I was treated appalingly by the front desk staff. During our 6 day stay the maids only made our bed twice, never changed the linens, towels or glasses, and never emptied the garbage. There was confusion about our final bill and the staff were just plain rrude, treating us like we were simply minded. The noise was also terrible, both from inside the hotel as well as outside. There was also a fire alarm at 1AM one night. The hotel staff and the lack of service reduced me to tears on several occasions. It ruined what was otherwise a wonderful time. I will NEVER stay here again

  • I was here, as part of a very large group, to attend a convention. I was treated appalingly by the front desk staff. During our 6 day stay the maids only made our bed twice, never changed the linens, towels or glasses, and never emptied the garbage. There was confusion about our final bill and the staff were just plain rrude, treating us like we were simply minded. The noise was also terrible, both from inside the hotel as well as outside. There was also a fire alarm at 1AM one night. The hotel staff and the lack of service reduced me to tears on several occasions. It ruined what was otherwise a wonderful time. I will NEVER stay here again

  • Front desk was friendly. Did not request any room service or visit the pool. It was below my window so I had a good view of it from the 17th floor. Overall this was an excellent hotel deserving of the 4 star rating. When returning to Toronto will definately stay here.

  • Front desk was friendly. Did not request any room service or visit the pool. It was below my window so I had a good view of it from the 17th floor. Overall this was an excellent hotel deserving of the 4 star rating. When returning to Toronto will definately stay here.

  • Room was nice and clean but walls were paper thin and you could hear all the noses outside even at night.

  • The hotel is currently under renovations and elevators are not available on the first floor. You have to trek up the escalator with your bags to catch the second floor elevator. Gym priviliges are not included in the base price. If you want to work out, be prepared to pay extra. The room was nice and hotel staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
