  • Great location to Beale Street - Great beds, clean and very helpful staff. Would stay at this hotel if traveling to Memphis.

  • The pool was excellent. The service was excellent. My kids absolutely loved the courtesy cookies distributed at check in by the super friendly staff. The complaints that I have are the beds arent very comfortable and the bathroom in our room was disgusting and had urine and vomit on it.

We were charged over $25 for breakfast and online it states complimentary breakfast. Not a bad place to stay but I wouldnt go back.

  • The room was missing carpet base on the wall. The walls seemed to be paper thin, you could hear people in the hallway as if they were in the same room with you, very noisy and uncomfortable. The popcorn ceiling was scratched up badly. The overall room was basically the same quality you would find at a Motel 6. Not recommended for romantic getaways. Expected much more for the money.
