  • we had to wait in an extremely long line just to check in which we understand it was spring break at that time but there were many computers unoccuppied.This dissapointed us a little but we were still very happy with the activities inside Circus Circus.

  • This is the worst hotel in Las Vegas. For the group I brought (8) couples I expected something more of Las Vegas. I have stayed in other hotels on the strip, but this is and was the worst, and I don't telling anyone who asked. I will never stay @ Circus Circus again. I do plan to visit Las Vegas in the future but I wont stay @ Circus Circus.!!

  • This is the worst hotel in Las Vegas. For the group I brought (8) couples I expected something more of Las Vegas. I have stayed in other hotels on the strip, but this is and was the worst, and I don't telling anyone who asked. I will never stay @ Circus Circus again. I do plan to visit Las Vegas in the future but I wont stay @ Circus Circus.!!

  • My first stay at CircusCircus was fine! i read other reviews and was wary by all of the bad reviews. But, i listended to the favorable ones and booked a room in the west tower which was just fine. It is a regular hotel room no frills, but was very clean and the service was fine. The bed is a bit firm but okay for me with my bad back. I even had a nice view from the 29th floor. But beware that you will have a LONG walk to your room - through several casinos and up and down escalators and stairs. This hotel as well as any on the Strip is not for those who have problems walking!! Wear comfortable shoes and go at it!!This hotel is older and showa wear but everything was clean and kept up. Dont worry if you like the fancyness of the bigger Strip resorts. MGM has bought it and I know expensive plans are on the way. So grab this bargain while you can - it will soon be gone.

  • My family and I had a WONDERFUL stay at the Circus Circus. When I originally made our reservation we were to stay at the Manor. After I was told that by a Customer Service Rep. that these room were not in the main hotel, I read the reviews. I was not happy with the remarks about the Manor. In further reading of the reviews someone mentioned that you can ask for an upgrade to the Tower. We ckd in at approx. 10am, from the reviews I knew there would be a long wait, to our surprise it was less than 30 mins. WONDERFUL staff members. At the counter I asked xxx if we could upgrade our room to the Tower. She was happy to help us and we received a room in the West Tower, 16th floor. WONDERFUL room, quiet, spacious and clean. The bed was soft with many soft pillows and a comfy, warm quilt. Ck out was WONDERFUL, NO LINE. We were able to ck out in our room through the nice flat screen tv and they will mail my receipt. We enjoyed our one night stay for our nephews wedding. When we return we will stay again for a longer time. Two minor things you have to pay for internet and not many channels to choose from on the nice flat screen tv. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL!

  • For the price, the hotel is decent. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but finding your way through the hotel was practically impossible. Checking in took forever. Getting anywhere else on the strip took forever. The dealers in the casino were decent and we found some pretty good tables, but we tried to avoid being in the hotel as much as possible. The food there was pretty good, especially their MexItalia Grill. The buffet wasnt as great as I expected. I wouldnt recommend this hotel unless you were with your family.

  • We arrived to 100 degree weather. Bell boy did not even volunteered to take our luggage. Upon arrival there was a BIG, huge line...it took us one hour to arrive for check in. We were told our room was in a different building....nobody even care or volunteered to take our luggage. The building was across the street next to an alley and RV park. People smoking outside a filthy building (1950s?)... Our room was moldy, toilet with cigarette burns, every appliance leaking and rusty. We lasted 5 minutes and my wife got a hotel room at the MGM Grand right away....it didnt matter to us that we were going to lose money because it was a pre-paid trip....we wanted to have a nice experience in Las Vegas.

  • Circus Circus was located on the strip but quite a walk from other sites. The casino itself is old and crowded and hard to find your way around. We reserved a room in the West Tower but was given a room in the Sky tower which was older and the elevators were old, dirty and missing ceiling tiles. We got lost trying to find our room using the directions the clert at the registration desk gave. However, a security person showed us how to get to the right elevator. Apparantly the clerk gave us the wrong directions. There were 2 adults and 2 preteens visiting for the day in order to attend the Jonas Brothers Concert.The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable on the queen beds. The remote control for the television didnt work so there was no way to change the channels, but when housekeeping was called regarding this, they delivered another remote while we were out. Which is what we were hoping for when we got back. We wanted to eat breakfast at the Buffet but the line was extremely long, so we went to eat at another restaurant. We would stay there again, only if we had to.

  • Never ever stay in this hotel.The whole hotel smells...very weird smell.Though I booked room in tower I got Manor rooms.oh ! MY GOD....it was worst experience of my whole life.This hotel is very old.Rooms are poorly maintained.Bed is without cushion.......you literally sleep on bunch of spring............Even the towers smelled weird.Carpets are old and dirty.room service was good.Buffet is average.I will never ever suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.

Check-in quick and efficient. ALL hotel staff helpful and friendly. Late checkout was no problem. The Buffet was pretty good but the other restaurants werent. Lots of kids but not noisy. We used the Deuce with no problems (sometimes it was really packed but another would come by in no time)

We enjoyed the free circus performers as well as the 2 dollar heinekens at the slots of fun. Good place for kids too. If you have any interest I highly recommend the pinball hall of fame (please touch) museum on Tropicana a couple miles east of the strip. Its free and many games are only a quarter.

  • If I knew what I know now, I would have paid the extra $100 and stayed at 5 star hotel. Dont stay at the Manor when it is cold in Vegas because you have to walk and walk and walk some more just to get to your room. It is a true 2 star.

  • If I knew what I know now, I would have paid the extra $100 and stayed at 5 star hotel. Dont stay at the Manor when it is cold in Vegas because you have to walk and walk and walk some more just to get to your room. It is a true 2 star.

  • The trip was great, everything that was booked thru the website was correct. My only suggestion, if you can at all afford it stay somewhere other than Circus Circus. The staff was friendly and there was nothing really actually wrong, other than the pool, but after walking thru the other hotels on the strip you can definately tell Circus Circus is the ""bottom feeder"" so to speak. If you do end up staying there, just DO NOT swim in the pool. Its clean, but its the most disgusting clean water I have ever swam in!

  • We had an awsome time in the hotel, we checked in late with no problems, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. I would definitely reccomend staying in this hotel with or without kids. There is so much to see and do for the kids or just the kid in you. There was lots of helpful staff to point you to where it is you want to find or see. My friend G. and I spent some time checking out the kids places and found it to be pretty awsome. The food was excellent the staff personable and friendly. There is so much to see and do in the hotel you could easily keep busy for hours and hours on end and never go outside all day. The hotel we found to be busy of course but also central, easy to get to anywhere without any problems. I personally loved valet parking with our rental car.

  • Spent 6 night at Circus from 10-21 through the 27th and was very happy. Staff was very friendly, check in and out were both fast. Stayed on the 24th floor of the skyrise tower and had a great view of the strip. Room was very clean and exceeded our needs. House keeping did a great job at cleaning the room and the casino was decent. During the week there were very few kids but on Friday night you could easily tell the weekend was going to be a different story. Ate at the steakhouse and had an exceptional meal. Would definetly recommend Circus Circus for anyone who is on a budget and just needs a place to sleep.

  • My husband and I stayed at the Circus Circus for a three day romantic Valentine getaway. We thought that it would be a nice place for the money and the location seemed good. We have been to Las Vegas in the past but this was the first time staying at Circus Circus.We found the hotel staff very unfriendly and not at all accomodating to our needs regarding the problems with our room (towels not picked up on the bathroom floor upon our arrival; hair found in the bathtub, television did not work properly, and also a problem with the heating unit).We eventually were able to change rooms but the second room was not much better. It was hard to talk to the housekeeping staff as very few spoke any English.The worst dining experience of our trip was at the Circus Circus buffet which was just horrible. Not only did the food seem tasteless but most of the entrees were served cold and when you tried to explain this to the staff, they seemed like there was no problem.We will never stay at this hotel again and will definitely look for a more upscale hotel nearer the south end of the strip on our next visit.

  • Room was good and the rate was excellent. The worst part was the walk through the ""Promenade"" to get to and from our room. There are sales people at kiosks who badger you on your walk to and from your room. The time share sales people are the rudest. When we politely told them we were not interested they began asking us sarcastic questions. These are not hotel employees, in fact the hotel employees generally sympathized with us but there was no other way to get to our room.The next time we go to Las Vegas we will consider paying more to avoid this unpleasant experience.

  • our trip to las vegas was wonderful. we had to upgrade our room do not stay at the manor at circus circus the view was terrible it faced the dark parking lot no towels very dirty. we went to the hotel instead and it was great and a very nice view

  • We arrived at the hotel after 10 PM. There was no line at registration and the hotel clark, Chad, was very nice, friendly, and courteous with a very nice smile! It made our chek-in very special. It was my boyfriends dream to stay at Circus Circus (he is now 31) and we had a great time watching free circus acts and trying games. We had Krispy Kreme donuts for breakfast, which was a ncie treat because I never eat donuts for breakfast for health reasons. The food at MexItalia was OK. I ordered a Thanksgiving special dinner for $9.90 but it did not taste good. I left more than half. The pumpkin pie was the best part. We tried to do a buffet with a coupon a few times, but there were always very long lines and we had to give up our dinner there.Circus Circus seems to be the best hotel for families with children. I saw many happy children there and it was actually very nice to see them smile, laugh, and just having a great time with their family. I am sure staying at Circus Circus will make a family vacation very memorable because there are so many activities to do in Adventuredome. This hotel is not for a newly weds or a romantic couple though.

  • on the "old" end of the new strip. walking the strip from this hotel, is a long walk! rooms were clean, staff was helpful and friendly. lots of shops, restaraunts and vendors in this hotel. buffet had a huge selection of foods at a reasonable price. not a "super nice" hotel, but at the price, i didnt have any complaints

  • My stay at CIRCUS CIRCUS was ok the room was clean i stayed in the manor area across the way from the casino and check in for future stay i will upgrade cause manor is quite a walk from the casino

  • Stayed in the Manor Lodge. Smelled old and moldy. Had a cockroach in the bathroom and mildew on the shower walls. Mattress was so thin the springs hurt.
