  • NO FREE INTERNET! Mcdonalds has free internet, get with it. In two rooms the hand soap was moldy. Our toilet was broke, had to hold the handle down. No heat lamp in bathroom, cold aftershowers. No fan in bathroom either, can get really stinky. Pool was extremely cold for some reason it was 106 outside. Eifel Tower was cool!

  • The room was nice at the Paris but the second you left you were getting charged. My girlfriend and I did not spend much time at the paris for eating or gambling, and the when we did it was overpriced and disappointing. No fridge and no fan in the bathroom were disappointments and paying 5 dollars for a bottle of water seemed very silly. If you are looking for a good value do not go to the paris, we went to Wynn for dinner and cocktails and it was less expensive and we looked over a 20 story waterfall! MGM or Mandalay Bay would be my recommendation, also use the Monorail, you will save tons!!!

  • Location is the best on the strip - across from the Belagio fountains and Ceasars. A great place to explore all that Vegas has too offer. Room was very good and quiet. Casino personnel were very helpful to us newbies - especial in blackjack and craps. There is a very nice walkway between Paris & Ballys in which you will find a piano bar with dueling pianos if they are still there I would highly recommend seeing them. The best entertainment on the Strip - and is FREE !! Also recommend ""Jubilee"" at Ballys. It is topless but tasteful ..... and very, very well done. The audience is very international which, I think, speaks highly of its reputation. Cant wait to come back!

  • This was our second stay at Paris. Excellent location and we enjoyed our stay two years ago so we returned. But the bloom is off this rose. First, we arrived at 3:00 and were made to wait until 5:00 for a room. Hard to believe that they did not have clean rooms available so late in the day. We were offered upgrades to better views for $79/night which seemed excessive. But beware if a view is important to you. We looked at blank walls and equipment. Couldnt see the strip or other hotels or anything for that matter. The room looked fine but revealed problems on further inspection. The bed was awful...really lumpy and soft. And the pillows were absolutely horrendous. First, they were tiny, about the size of a piece of printer paper. Very uncomfortable.

  • My husband and I went on this trip with my brother and sister-in-law to celebrate my brothers 50th birthday. It was our first trip to Vegas and their fourth. We had arrived at the hotel at noon and the woman at check-in was wonderful. We were able to check in to our rooms early and were given corner rooms opposite each other on a quiet end of the hallway. The rooms were clean and a nice size. The entire staff was friendly and outgoing. We only ate at the hotel one time since we were out exploring the area. The food at the hotel was delicious, but so was every other place we decided to eat at. The casino was clean and beautifully decorated. The table staff, when not busy, was very willing to teach you the game if you didnt know how to play. At night the tables were full, as were the other casinos we tried. I will not complain about the casino not paying out because we did not win big at any casino. Check out was a breeze at the end of our trip with no problems. Lady luck may not have been on our side in gambling, but we had a great time and would most definitely go back.

  • We stayed at Paris for a weekend and were disappointed from the moment we arrived. At check-in the we were greeted by an unhappy employee who passed her unhappiness to my wife and I. Many of the staff members we encountered seemed like they hated their jobs and didnt hide those feelings. The room was fine, but the bed was uncomfortable. The pool was nothing to write home about either. It just seemed like a concrete slab with a boring pool. It was bad by Vegas standards. The Sports Book was one of the worst I have seen in Las Vegas. The large TVs were in a poker room which we were not allowed to sit in. There was no poker being played, just an empty room with TVs and poker tables. In the sports Bar, the TVs were really old and way to high in the air. You had to strain your neck just to see them. We travel to Las Vegas at least once a year, and have stayed at many hotels. We will definitely not be returning to Paris!

  • We stayed in a Luxury room (the regular room) that had not been recently updated to look more modern. It had a French feel without being too girlie. Bathroom was marble and beautiful. Hot water galore. Beds were very comfy. We could see the Bellagio fountains from our room! The choices of restaurants and shopping in this hotel is outstanding, and its right next door to even more great shopping at The Miracle Mile Shops in Planet Hollywood. I would recommend having breakfast at this hotel, especially if you like French crepes or pastries. For a splurge, make your dinner reservations at the Eiffel Tower restaurant. The food is exquisite!!! The view is, too: a panoramic view of the Bellagio and other surrounding hotels. One highlight is watching the B fountains every 20 minutes, but nothing compares to the food! We also saw an Executive Room at this hotel and didnt think it was anything more special than our room, so save your money! However, we peeked into a suite and THAT looked worth checking into!!One nice thing that I took for granted was the speed of the elevators. There are several sets of elevators that go only to certain floors. Youll get used to this. There always seemed to be an elevator waiting for us. Negatives:The minibar is REALLY, REALLY expensive (duh!). Go to one of the shops downstairs to get your treats. Besides, youre at the Paris-- have Parisian food, not Pringles!Bath amenities were standard issue. Nothing especially ""French"".Food at La St. Louis was marginal at best. Dont bother with it. Get your pastry (I recommend the Palmiers!) and a cafe latte and be done with it.No hotel shuttle to and from the airport. We took a taxi. Some dont take credit cards.

The only real complaint we had was the bed. However, if you like a rock hard bed, then this place might be perfect for you.

  • My fiancee and I go to Vegas 2-3 times a year, and have stayed, and visited several other hotels, and WE LOVE IT here. 1. The small intimacy of the hotel is awesome. It is easy to get from one end to the next without getting all turned around. 2. We love the the beauty and the size of the casino itself.3. The dining is out of this world...We have eaten at every restaurant there, and it is top notch, with special mention of there buffet, mon ami Gabi(great view of the strip by the way) and Eiffel tower restaurant. Its pricey, but go at lunch and it is much more affordable.3. Their newly referbished rooms are amazing...We spent one full day in bed just because they were so comfy!4. Get a total rewards card, and live it up!! The more you play, the more you get!!!5. The staff, the service, the cleanliness, are all wonderful.6. The pool is nice, but I have seen better, but that is just one mild pitfall in a plethera of great things to enjoy at this hotel.7. It is great for couples with all the romance, and grandeur of one of the greatest cities on earth PARIS!!! without the expensive price tag, and language barrier.8. Last, but not least, lets mention the location. Smack dab in the middle of everything, with an amazing view, and walkable distance to pretty much everything, I cant say enough about the Paris Las Vegas!!!!!

  • Our stay at the Paris was very good and we would stay again. Our evening check in was very efficient and quick. We were given a nonsmoking room on the 25th floor with a very comfortable king bed and big screen HD tv. The bathroom with separate marble shower and tub was very nice. I was pleased that the room included a coffee maker. TV, phone and drop box check-out options eliminates standing in line. We only ate in the hotel once. Even though the breakfast buffet was very busy, the staff were very friendly and cordial It was a great experience.

  • I booked three rooms for 4 nights from June 29-July 4. We arrived at 5PM, waited almost 40 minutes in the check in line only to be told they didnt have my reservation in the computer. Fortunately, I had my copy. Then I was told the rooms werent ready, but immediately offered and upgrade ($* per room per night) to 3 rooms that were ready. After another 30 minutes of discussions, we were finally given 3 rooms. The non-smoking rooms smelled like giant stale ashtrays and while run down and small, were at least clean. The gaming area was small and crowded and smokey. Slot payouts were virtually non-existant. Restaurants were crowded, expensive, slow and the food was blah! After one night we moved to the Wynn for gaming and dining. Never go back!

  • My first time in Vegas and I was very impressed! Loved the location. Hard to get to elevators. Rooms were nice. Staff seemed professional, but very flat. A little warmth from them would have been nice. USE THE CONCIERGE!! Got us on """"A"""" lists for several clubs in other hotels. VERY helpful. I will probably stay else where next time. Not because of the hotel, but for the fact to try something different.P.S. Quit gripping about smoke! Youre in Vegas! I didnt even notice it in the hotel, and Im and ex-smoker.

  • The check-in process was quick. The clerk presented us with the opportunity to upgrade for additional cost. When I declined, there was no more pressure to do so. The room was non-smoking as requested, one of the lower floors as requested. The elevators operate very quickly because they are designed to go to certain floors only. This allowed for the elevators to operate with minimal waiting time. The room itself had great mattress, bedding, temperature controls and the housekeeping staff were very timely. We used the Express Check-out process which I highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again!

  • This was one indredible place to stay while in Vegas. It is placed in the center of all the great hotels in Vegas, and the scenery was spectacular. The staff were very helpful and courteous and very professional. I will definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

  • We were lured to Paris Las Vegas by its smaller size, and by online reviews which raved about the service and quality of the rooms. Sadly, neither is true of this hotel/casino. Heres a list of our problems in a short 2 day stay. 1. Not so sweet suite - We asked to upgrade from the standard room to a suite, we were told that we could do that for just $85.00, which seemed like a deal because we were told the standard price for the suite was $550.00 per night. We were slightly disappointed in the size when we opened the door, for a suite its the smallest one Ive ever seen. In fact, its not even as large as a large regular hotel room in many hotels. Add to that fact the small 25"" non digital useless TV, and we were glad that most of our entertainment would be outside the room. 2. Holy bedsheet Batman! Thats right, holes in our bedsheets. The first set was fine, but when they changed the sheets they put on sheets with holes in them, large enough holes that my wifes toes got caught in one as she slept, lol. If these are the sheets for the 550 a night room, I wonder what the standard rooms get, plastic tarps? 3. Shocked again - The outlet by the sink in the room tripped its GFCI breaker any time something got plugged into the bottom plug. 4. We wanted to see a show in the hotel during our stay, so we went to the shows and tours desk when we first arrived. We were informed that the cost of the show was $58.00 per person, and no discounts were available. We told the person we would wait and come back, she informed us that wed better hurry because the show sells out quickly, we distinctly got the feeling of a hard sell being pushed. We went back to the same desk a few hours later, a different person was working, and we inquired if show tickets were still available. She said they were, and she asked if we were staying at the hotel. When we said yes she said we get a discount of two for one. 5. Our second night no turndown service, no towels were picked up, no nothing.6. Worst of all, when we presented this same list to the front desk as we checked out, it was blown off completely. The clerk said ""Ill pass it along to the manager"". No apologies, no nothing. Not only will we never stay at Paris Las Vegas again, well probably never go to Vegas again at all due to this experience. The only good thing was that we only lost $6.00 in their casino!

  • First time to Vegas ever, and we picked a wonderful hotel to stay in. It is super close to some great other hotel/casinos, and also really close to great food (Trader Vics, yum!). The hotel inside is gorgeous, the tower legs come right on down through the ceiling and into the casino. The paris has beautiful rooms, they are clean and crisp. The food in the hotel was fantastic! It had the atmosphere of walking around downtown France at dusk. The ""street"" that you walk on is kind of cobblestone, and some of it is tile. The people (bartenders, wait staff) were all very very nice! And for being able to smoke in the casino, they keep it very well ventilated!!

  • Our stay at the Paris Hotel was exceptional! The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet was delicious and the price was very affordable. The dessert crepes at the crepe eatery are a culinary delight. My two adult children and I stayed here over the Christmas holidays (5 nights) and would come back here in a heartbeat. The Paris Hotel is also located centrally on the Strip. Great shopping is within easy walking distance.

  • We had a VERY enjoyable experience at Paris. We checked-in at 4pm on Saturday (one of the busiest times to check-in) and it took no longer than 15 minutes. We had requested a non-smoking, double-bed on one of the renovated floors (between floors 26-31), but there wasnt one available. So we settled for the same type of room on one of the non-renovated floors, and figured we could change our room when a better one became available. It became available the next morning. At that time, we upgraded to the ""Concierge Package"" for an additional $65/night. That included a renovated room, with a view of Las Vegas Blvd, continental breakfast & evening appetizers/cocktails. The rooms that are renovated & face Las Vegas Blvd INCLUDE A COFFEE MAKER! The room was large and clean. The bedding was clean (no complaints) and our room included a loveseat & coffee table, as well as a desk. It also included at 42-inch flat-panel HD TV. The bathroom was one large room (no separate toilet room) with a standard tub (no jacuzzi) and walk-in shower. One big sink (not a double-sink) with plenty of storage underneath. The Bathroom had a Hairdryer and Magnifying Mirror. Our Housekeeper was friendly. The pool was always beautiful and clean. It is on the 3rd floor and opens at 10am. I never had a problem finding a deck-chair & table. We only ate at Paris once, at ""JJs,"" and it was good. No restaurant in Las Vegas is cheap, and the drinks arent either ($10 for 4 oz of wine, $7 for a beer, $11-$14 for a cocktail), so dont expect Paris to be any different. ""Napoleons"" has dueling piano-players every night, and that was fun! The cocktail waitresses were really nice. The guys working the taxi-stand were great too!
