  • The hotel was clean but a little run down. It was very cute and had clean rooms with plenty of towels in the bathroom, though the chair in our room needed to be replaced. The interior of the hotel has seen better days, but there was nothing that was broken or dirty, just old and in need of a touch up.

  • I am traveling a lot! and I must tell you that for the rate we paid in the Sea Club we got all what we expected and much more!! what a wonderful Idea the front desk is giving you chairs for the beach (free).The rooms are very clean! they change the linens evry day! the food is superb and very reasonable! we will be back for Memorial weekend! Thank you Sea Club staff! Keep on what you are doing, it can not be better!!!

  • Yes, my company allow us to stay only in budget hotels and who said you cant find one on the beach? let me tell you that after a day of work I couldnt enjoy it more than jumping in the ocean and have a relaxing drink. The hotel is definetly a budget hotel, but it is clean, plasant, has the best location and more of all the staff is very helpful and friendly! They have free parking on the premisses, free internet and I need it for my job.The room is very specious, and I was very happy with their service of changin the linens daily! usualy budget hotels dont do that. From now on all our company staff will be using this hotel.

  • stayed 3 nights and found the beach access and views from the outdoor patio bar spectacular. room was dated and a little beat up but for the price well worth it. location was a little too far north of the night bar action and hotel bar closed by 10 30 or 11 00 each night just as we started to begin to get thirsty for a few brewskis??? free towels and beach chairs was a nice extra perk. staff was decent yes we will return here again. in a nutshell, if your a nitpicker and minor things bother you easily then pay more and stay elswhere it worked well for our needs and budget.

  • In todays economy my wife and I agreed that you dont have to spend a lot of money on a fancy hotel to have a nice Beach vacation!We were right, we had a wonderful time at the Sea Club with other friends, the hotel is old, but clean and friendly! the front desk staff got out of their way to give us a good time, they gave us free chairs for the Beach, it is a savings, we also got from them a late check-out, that was nice.The Deck staff (an overlooking the Ocean restaurant) were very nice, te food was good and reasonable!WE will be back for 4th of July.

  • This place was a dump. Where to begin...rat traps in the lobby I guess to catch the big rat out by the pool, no joke. When you took a shower every 30 seconds or so you get scalded with hot water. The sliding glass door handle was barely attached by the end of the week it was gone. The elevator was broke. NO ESPN! The wireless internet only worked in or near the lobby. The front desk staff was rude. I can go on and on. I would not stay here again. The bar staff was very friendly!!

  • Ocean view suite consisted of a tiny sliver of the ocean over the roof. .75 cent phone calls, $2 safe fee, $50 refundable cleaning fee. Nickel and dime nonsense. The Free WIFI was a router in the lobby with no range. The outdoor bar was nice and had good food. The pool was also nice.

LOL I WOULDNT SUGGEST GOING TO THE GALLERIA MALL IF YOUR ON A BUDGET(UNLESS YOUR RENTING A BENTLEY). THE ROOMS WERE DATED ....BUT IN A TROPICAL SOUTH OF THE BOARDER MUSTY KINDA WAY...NOT BAD....CMON YOUR RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH! THEY GIVE YOU FREE TOWELS AND CHAIRS. IT WOULD COST 15 A DAY TO RENT. THE STAFF IS GRACIOUS FUNNY AND NICE. THE QUEENS ON THE DECK WERE WORKIN IT. FRONT DESK STAFF WERE LAID BACK AND SERVICE ORIENTED.AND FUN.   • The hotel is very, very old. It smells old but they do a nice job cleaning it, but you know clean the old doesnt make it new. Our first impression was very disappointing. We didnt expect any five-star Hotel but the price was not that much cheaper than the other much nicer hotels in the area - and no breakfast! My wife is allergic to strong smells and I was really concerned that she would have problems with that smell and in that case we would have to leave. But that didnt happen and we decided to stay. Im not coming back and I dont recommend.

  • Lets see, Old, Dirty, Filthy, Carpets squished when you walked on them, air doesnt work, NO HOT WATER, BUGS, and the manager hides in his office and refuses to refund your money. I wouldnt put a homeless person here for a night. Other than that, Fort Lauderdale is wonderful.

  • The lobby/pool area is nice but the rooms are old and need some upgrades. It is not a fancy hotel. We were a bit concerned about security when we arrrived but we had no problems. But given the great location and price, its a good value for the money. Service was good, the on-site outdoor resataurant has a nice view and the food was good.

  • When I checked in late Friday night I was given the worst room Ive ever stayed in and in the oldest most rundown area of the hotel overlooking an alley. The bathrooms are old with small sinks. The next day I asked to be moved to by the pool which was on the street side and had a view of the ocean. Definitely better but the hotel is in need of fixing up. The hotel was no where near full yet they gave me a lousy room the first night. I wouldnt stay there again. People were nice and had a bar and restaurant that was convenient.

  • My boyfriend and I stayed here for our yearly Florida get-a-way and we were both very impressed with the great deal we got with this hotel through the travel website. It is located just steps away from the fabulous beach and in close walking distance to many bars, clubs and shopping malls! The staff were very polite and helpful, quick to call you a cab or rental car, take your bags, and were friendly and laid back; they made us feel like we were at home. The room was just enough for what we needed. They kept it clean and well stocked. No fancy frills, but your not on vacation for the hotel, right?! As long as its clean and safe, and it was. The resturant was decently priced and had a great view of the beach and the famous A1A strip. I highly recommend this hotel for the laid-back traveller looking for a great bargain! I cant wait to get back to Sea Club!!

  • Me and my wife are often in Fort Lauderdale and we always looked for a clean budget hotel, clean hotel is very important for us, and we are so glad that finaly we found this hotel to serve our needs in the following aspects:Clean,best location,low rates and very friendly staff!We highly recommend this hotel.

  • The Sea Club Resort is directly on the beach in Ft. Lauderdale. The hotel is run down, outdated. You can literally see thru the top and fitted sheets thru to the mattress, the sheets are so worn and thin. The furniture is in good shape, too.The bathroom sink dripped all night long, and you could tell from teh water stains that this drip had been going on for a long time. The fixtures are harvest gold, if that gives you an indication of how outdated this place is. Paint is peeling off of the building. The halls are

  • I made a last minute reservation. I counted on online travel website to maintain some kind of standard. The room was dirty. Big stains on the carpet. Ants in the bathroom. The walls were so thin that I could hear what was going on in both rooms on either side of us. No vending machines. No TV schedule. Lots of cable problems. The information booklet stated that dry cleaning service was available on a same day basis. It wasnt available, and the desk didnt think that was the hotels problem. We went a whole day without towels, and had to ask for towels 4 times!!! The staff wasnt concerned about two sparrows that were trapped inside the lobby. No food or drink for a couple of days, and there will be dead birds in there. Not to mention the crap all over the coffee table! One girl using her computer in the lobby had a bird crap on it. Oh, very few outlets for your chargers, etc. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The worst thing of all was that the staff was courteous, but could have cared less about offering any service. Even though it was across from the beach, it wasnt worth the aggravation. PS the food was TERRIBLE and the drinks were weak. I would never stay there again!!!

  • We stayed at room 314 very high standard, room had evry thing you expect, all new , renovated and we had a balcony overlokking the Ocean, it was clean, we got free parking, I was suprised to get Free Chairs for the beach. The food was excellent and low price. The staff was very friendly! We will return in September we love the Sea Club! Keep the good work!! Thank you.

  • We stayed at room 314 very high standard, room had evry thing you expect, all new , renovated and we had a balcony overlokking the Ocean, it was clean, we got free parking, I was suprised to get Free Chairs for the beach.   • Among all those expensive hotels the Sea Club is the only Middle Class Hotel with Budget rates! and the location is A-10 !!! they are right on the Beach, they are giving free chairs to be used on the Beach, their staff is most friendly! from the front desk to the restaurant and the maids are very accommodating! we will be back in July, and we will not pay those expensive hotels! for what?

  • Its not a facy hotel, very budget hotel. The lobby, pool area and rooms are old. Its very good hotel for people which stay just few days, save money and love Ocean!But the staff are very friendly, parking was included.

  • With all those expensive hotels around, this hotel offers excellent rates, the service is like being at home away from home, the Deck restaurant is a landmark that people are standing in line to seat for breakfast and that because of the view and the reasonable rates.I couldnt believe it! they provide all the guests with free chairs and towels for the beach! I found that all hotels are charging for parking and this hotel gives free parking! the staff is so nice and friendly, they let us stay after check-out time! we are coming back for Eastern,Thank you Sea Club crew, we wish they were more hotels like you!

  • The Sea Club Resort may not be a 5 star hotel but was a great. The staff was very nice, the view of the ocean was great and the resturant in the hotel had great food. It was close to shopping and bars what more do you need. I would stay there again.
