  • Our family of four had a three bedroom suite and found it to be very nice and roomy. We have two teenagers who enjoyed having their own room. The price was very competetive. The location was convenient to grocery stores, dining, golf, shopping, etc. Staff was very helpful. I would say there again.

  • Our family of four had a three bedroom suite and found it to be very nice and roomy. We have two teenagers who enjoyed having their own room. The price was very competetive. The location was convenient to grocery stores, dining, golf, shopping, etc. Staff was very helpful. I would say there again.

  • My wife & I have stayed at a variety of hotels & resorts in the Phoenix/Tucson area and SoCal over the past several years--and as hotel rooms go: This was the best. More than a hotel room, it was a 4 room suite. Well decorated, comfortable, and the kitchenette was a great addition. Plus, no more expensive than a standard hotel room! We loved it.

  • My wife & I have stayed at a variety of hotels & resorts in the Phoenix/Tucson area and SoCal over the past several years--and as hotel rooms go: This was the best. More than a hotel room, it was a 4 room suite. Well decorated, comfortable, and the kitchenette was a great addition. Plus, no more expensive than a standard hotel room! We loved it.

  • If you dont mind being on the north part of Scottsdale this place was really well worth the money. The place was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The pool was a little small and climbing 3 flights of stairs with your luggage would be the only negative things that I would have. Even though it was near Scottsdale airport I only heard 2 planes while I was there.Would recommend this place to anyone, even those with children. There are activities that are run during the day that you can pay a minimum price to enroll in.If you are traveling with family and dont want to eat out there was a full kitchen with all the necessary items for making a meal. There also was a washer and dryer in the unit to return home with clean clothes or in case you have an accident.

  • We have stayed here three times at differernt times of the year and it has met our needs every time. Large apartments with full dining room, living room, bathroom (two in the two-bedroom), kitchen, washer and dryer. Patios and balconys, but no real views, but who spends their time in AZ sitting in their hotel? Pool area is small for families & kids, this is more of an adult place. Staff is helpful and they dont press you to sit through time-share offer. Easy access to the 101 and north Scottsdale. Weve stayed in about a dozen Scottsdale condos and hotels over the years, and we keep coming back here.

  • Great place for the money and I would definitely stay again. Just be forewarned that the concierge is really just a sales person. So if you need anything such as golf tee times, you should be prepared to do it yourself or listen to their 1 1/2 hour sales pitch. If you use the concierge, she will offer to get you a tee time at a discount but only if you sign up for the sales pitch. When I went back for spa services, same pitch. ""I can get you a discount if you sign up"" so at that point I just stopped using the concierge. The rooms were great. Our 1 bedroom had a kitchen, dining room, living room and small patio outside. So if you need a great place and dont need help planning daily activities, this is a great place to stay.

  • Beautiful condo, very large and comfy. Nice balcony. Great sheets and pillows. We didnt get to take advantage of all the amenities because we werent there long enough and were busy visiting family.

  • Beautiful condo, very large and comfy. Nice balcony. Great sheets and pillows. We didnt get to take advantage of all the amenities because we werent there long enough and were busy visiting family.

  • I was kind of on the fence about this place after I left. The staff was friendly, the condo was clean and well-equipped, and there are a lot of places within a short drive (3-5 miles). I do sales myself, and I was upfront with the concierge when we checked in, said I wasnt interested in the open house, and put it to sleep at that point.We did get a phone call 4 of the 6 days we were there, and the first day my wife answered the phone and they said they still had spots for the open house. After that, we ignored the phone, because nobody else would have been calling us. However, if you do not mind sitting through the sales presentation, it will get you up to 60% off golf, dinners, and theyll give you some coupons. We still got some benefits - free appetizer at a few places and what not, but nothing major. The staff is friendly and helpful when we had questions and housekeeping does come after your 3rd day there, if youre staying for 5 nights. Laundry in each condo was nice, we just made the bed each day and did laundry once - no different than being at home!! The National Championship game was the week we were there, so the airport had a little bit more traffic Sunday - Tuesday, but after that, its not that bad.

  • My husband and I stayed 2 full weeks. Great location, but planes were a bit LOUD... 2 times per day and depended on the wind direction. ! We cooked a lot, ate out lunches, and visited almost everything good to see and do. We are both in our 60s, stayed on the 3rd floor (which was nice and private). The room and facility was very CLEAN and neat. Maid service was good. Linens and pillows need an upgrade, had small holes in sheets and towels..but there were lots of towels to use. Sheets need a total upgrade! But, for the money I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN! They do a good job on everything. Hope with the new owners it still stays as good as it is. They did NOT corner us into attending a Sales speech..I just said no!

  • Stayed here from Jan 1-4, 2008. Fiesta Bowl trip. Facilities were absolutely outstanding. Staff was courteous and helpful. Great bed, great shower, extensive kitchen. Very good restaurants nearby. Very close to 101 loop around metro area. If we ever travel to this area again, be assured that this will be the first place where we will try to make reservations. As my wife said: ""I could LIVE here!

  • We found the whole experience at the resort to be very pleasant. We were a bit misinformed by staff regarding milage & time frames to certain destinations we inquired about, however. Other that that small glitch, we enjoyed the resort tremendously. It was extremely clean & roomy.

The rooms are immaculate and have everything you need to cook a romantic dinner and eat on the terrace overlooking the spectacular golf courses. The pool was amazing, and the resort is convenient to every type of dining and recreation imaginable!

  • We checked in late in the evening, but still got very prompt service when we asked for more linen. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and well stocked. I would have loved to have had a room on the golf course side, but we still enjoyed our balcony. My only complaint is that there is only one pool for this very large resort and it is very small. I would have loved to have had a room on the golf course side, but we still enjoyed our balcony. My only complaint is that there is only one pool for this very large resort and it is very small. We would definitely stay here again.

  • this is a timeshare / fractional ownership complex, at check in the people at the front desk are very hospitable however they try to book you for a 1-2 hour seminar to try and sell the timeshare experience, they are very persistant. I didnt attend a seminar and they did not bother me the rest of my stay. Upon check in to your room you will find you get a great deal for the cost, a one bedroom, kitchen and private balcony gives plenty of room for a small family. The unit is a little outdated however very clean with very comfortable king bed.

  • this is a timeshare / fractional ownership complex, at check in the people at the front desk are very hospitable however they try to book you for a 1-2 hour seminar to try and sell the timeshare experience, they are very persistant. I didnt attend a seminar and they did not bother me the rest of my stay. Upon check in to your room you will find you get a great deal for the cost, a one bedroom, kitchen and private balcony gives plenty of room for a small family. The unit is a little outdated however very clean with very comfortable king bed.
