  • If you like lobbies, this is the hotel for you. But if you want convenience, and considerate people, stay away. The front desk was downright rude (two different employees). Im from NY and I found them obnoxious. Elevator to parking is inconvenient. Had to take two different elevators to get to my car (and no stairs). Internet is extra $$/day everywhere in hotel (dont believe them when they say it is free in business center, it is not). If budget hotels and holiday inn can give free internet, why not hilton. They actually told me that people who stay there dont mind paying more. How elitist. At the rates they charge for a suburban hotel, I would never stay there again.

  • I cant believe this hotel is not 4-star or much more expensive! We stayed at Killington Grand Resort all week and found this hotel to be much nicer in every way. The bar is open to the soaring glass roof and right next to the pool (which is great if youre traveling with kids!). The hubby and I enjoyed a martini, were able to converse with adults and could watch over the kids playing in the pool. Speaking of which, the pool is also open to the glass roof (many stories above) and has cabanas & great towels. We didnt eat at the restaurant, but did order food at the bar, and it was excellent. The kids ordered Uno pizza from the room, which they loved (pizza is pizza to a kid...). There was a library near the front desk with a fireplace and a parking garage. The room was sumptious (I so seldom get to use that word, but it describes it best). Feather pillows and down comforters, as well as top of the line linens. The beds were probably the most comfortable Ive ever slept on. The bathroom was large and elegantly appointed. Our balcony opened up to the pool area. We didnt use the business center or in-room printing, but someone from the front desk did help me print out our boarding passes for the next day on a nifty machine in the lobby (not too technology savvy-ha ha). The whole time we were they, I kept telling my family how impressed I was with the hotel. They even brought us extra towels within moments of asking for them. And the price for our nights stay was $99.95!!! Weve stayed all over the world and for the money, this hotel rocked!

  • Spent two nights at this hotel and I was very pleased. Had a room overlooking the pool and bar area on the atrium side. The room appeared to have been recently remodeled and it was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable! Staff were very courteous and pleasant. The Lowell Line (Train into/out of Boston) was less than 5 minutes away.

  • Hotels main focus was events/seminars that they hosted. We had to continually walk by crowds of People dressed in suits/wedding attire as if we were attempting to crash the party w/ our Vacation attire on. We chose not to use the Swimming pool (really bad location/tiny) because it was located right next to the Bar (all open & connected to swimming pool) & close to the Lobby w/ everyone looking at you & we felt uncomfortable walking by wedding parties & seminars w/ our Swimsuits.Vacation attire on. Not Family Friendly AT ALL!

  • Hotel has now completed its transformation to a Hilton and its beautiful. The pool is great, especially for kids. Ask for a room on the atrium side, because the balconies overlooking the lobby, bar and pool are fabulous! The hotel is extremely clean!!! Weve stayed here 3 times, and the renovation has made it even better. The only things that were lacking were: no mini refrigerators in rooms, and the restaurant was expensive and swanky-looking, not good for kids.

  • This hotel was beautiful!!!! The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. The pool area was very nice with the bar that overlooked the pool. I would definately recommend this hotel to everyone.

  • The rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable, but at this price I miss a mini-fridge. Staff were helpful and polite. The lounge by the pool serves a light menu if you don't need the fine dining restaurant atmosphere; food was good both places. Appreciated the shuttle service around the area.

  • We have stayed in this hotel at least twice and are planning a third stay in April. We live in Maine and come out for mini vactions in Boston. This is by far our favortive place to stay. The hotel has such a great set up and in door/ out door feel. The bed is soooo comfortable and the pool/bar area is nicely set up too.

  • Nice room - some nice staff - X, the bartender, was outstanding. X and X, were patient and helpful. X, the driver, was very nice - Overall, the stay was good. If you stay-take the answers with a grain of salt. Depending on who you talk with ? the answer will change. (Ms. Manager - seems like some re-training is needed so EVERYONE has a clear understanding of the rules ? most had their own version.) #1 experience -we went down to catch the shuttle to the train terminal were told to come back in two hours, but when I called the desk, they said the shuttle is based on availability-if it was there it can take you whenever. It took several phone calls and many trips down to the lobby to get someone to CLEARLY explain that the train leaves at a certain time and the shuttle will be leaving 20 minutes prior. #2 issue- On a trip to the mall - I was told that the shuttle will not run again until 6:30 p.m. - in the shuttle I asked the driver if there are taxis at the mall to take me back - he said that the shuttle runs all day on the weekends and they (staff) dont know what theyre talking about (turns out - only on the weekdays do they have that rule). Issue #3 - We had an early flight and were told the evening before that we should come down to the lobby 15 minutes before were ready to leave & theyd call one. 15 minutes before, we went to the front desk and asked for a cab to be called and were told ""we schedule those the evening before because it can take hours for a taxi to come"" - NOT GOOD!
