  • Plumber had to come 3x; the maids start yelling in the hall early. Its a motel not a hotel. Worst, late, overpriced, cold room service ever. BUT the best front desk people Ive EVER seen anywhere. Still, they overcharged me $100/night for 3 nights and I caught it while there. They offered me $50 """"compensation""""?!?!

  • This Hotel is a very reasonably priced alternative to the downtown big box accomodations. The facility appears to be recently renovated. Location is very convienent & pleasant, across from a lovely park, with a great unobstructed view of Camelback Mtn. Some improvements need to be made as on two days our room had not been made up by 5 P.M. Drawer storage in the room is very limited due to the extremely cramped space caused by the Whirlpool tub in the room itself. For a short stay I highly reccomend this facility.

  • This Hotel is a very reasonably priced alternative to the downtown big box accomodations. The facility appears to be recently renovated. Location is very convienent & pleasant, across from a lovely park, with a great unobstructed view of Camelback Mtn. Some improvements need to be made as on two days our room had not been made up by 5 P.M. Drawer storage in the room is very limited due to the extremely cramped space caused by the Whirlpool tub in the room itself. For a short stay I highly reccomend this facility.

  • We have never stayed at a nicer hotel. We were charged a little more because we went through online travel website rather than the hotel directly, but even then it was worth the price. Items included, at no charge: robes, soft drinks, water (no chrg!), safe, microwave, refrigerator, and an overflow of towels. Their fitness ctr is by far the best I have worked out at in a hotel - 2 treadmills, a bicycle, stationary arm equipment and dumbbells were provided. Furniture and decor wise everything seemed to compliment one another well - my compliments to the interior designer.

  • Our stay at the 3 palms was just as the pictures show. It was comfortable and clean. The decor was modern and up to date and the pool was amazing with a place for every person to hang out and relax. It was not crowded at all. Its pet friendly with a huge park area to take them on walks. We got a great deal on travelocity for what we got, way more for our money! Suggestion: If you dont want housekeeping to wake you or knock on your door before check out, put your DND sign out..

  • I stayed here overnight and I thought the staff was very friendly. The bed was confortable, however the room was very small. The only reason I wouldnt stay here again is because we had to carry four heavy suitcases up the stairs. I didnt know ahead of time.

  • The room was very comfortable with a great bed. The location of the hotel was very convenient to Old Town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, and a casino.   • The room was very comfortable with a great bed. The location of the hotel was very convenient to Old Town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, and a casino.   • The photos and website make it sound like this is a resort, but it is far from it. You honestly get what you pay for; all around. The room was ok, but no 5 star resort! I could have stayed in a Holiday Inn with a pool and gotten the same value for my buck. The price is good for what you get, but if you are hoping for a romantic getaway in a resort with massages and room service, go somewhere else because you wont find that here. I wont go into details of my problems with the hotel, but I will say that I was hoping for a resort and learned the hard way that you cant get one in Phoenix for about $* a night. Sorry to dissapoint... if you are anything like me, this review is a serious upset because you were hoping to have found a great bargain.

Not exactly a resort, although you can book health and beauty services; it has an extremely pleasant staff. the rooms are clean and comfortable with upgraded linens.   • I was disappointed to learn that this """"resort"""" was a renovated Motel! Granted I loved the decor, the internet pics make it look much bigger than it actually is. Rooms are noisy (maybe because they are outdoor rooms)...a business partner couldnt sleep due to the geese outside the window. If you are looking for a cute place to stay...this is great, if you are looking for a nicer fare...go somewhere else.

  • This is not a resort, but if you're traveling on business, the rooms are very clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. I would stay here again.

  • My stay at this hotel was excellent,the staff and survice was wonderful and all of the ammenities including the pool,fitness area,room,room service,location, and ect: on a scale of 1 to 10 would be an eleven, I will stay again this following summer in late August. the hilton and all of the other five star hotels couldnt compare. In fact the three Palms Oasis Resort should be 5 stars if its already not, if you ever have any time left on your vacation, ask for their massoose, they have the worlds best massoose, I promise you that.

  • Although the rooms had been renovated they were very small with paper thin walls. I had hoped for more (after seeing the photos). The pool was ok but there was a pointless bar (not operational) that took up needed space for guests. The location is oddly located in the middle of small strip malls. There is no restaurant on site which is strange since they have room service. Upside, staff was friendly and helpful and room was clean.

  • I stayed here for a conference trip and chose this hotel because many others were booked. This hotel is most accurately a 2.5 star facility. This is a former InnSuites with retrofitted decor. The bright, Southwest drapes and furnishings, along with marble floors in the bathrooms make a nice touch, but the main room and bathroom were very small. The pool area, which looks nice in the pictures, is rather small and nothing special. The park across the street looks funky from the motel, but extends much farther north as a golf course and has an excellent jogging track.

We were on the second floor and our room looked out to the swimming pool which was really inviting. The room was clean and organized. Our room had two queen sized beds that were really comfortable. Overall the hotel was great, I would stay there again.

  • The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and accomodating. The rooms were clean and contemporary with brand new furniture, comfortable bedding, cable TV and modern fixtures. The resort features a beautiful pool, lounge area, and workout room, all of which I utilized. I highly recommend this resort. I had an excellent stay and, in no doubt will be a returning customer.

  • The only time I stay anywhere else when I am in Scottsdale is when 3 Palms is sold out.

  • Could not bath first night. Tub knob broken. In the am they came and took it. When I arrived back at 9:00 p.m. they had not replaced it. Had to call and they fixed it that night except it was late and i was tired. Had to request soap and shampoo for the second day stay. They said they would bring it up as soon as she wasnt the only one in the office. I waited one half hour and then I went downstairs to the office where three employees were visiting. They said we were just getting ready to bring it up. Not an oversight, they didnt leave any soap or shampoo for Monday either.

  • After checking in that evening a room next to ours deicded to have a party at 3:30 am. We called the front desk and they tried to stop the party. The party seemed to disband for about 10 minutes, but the achohol kicked in and the party continued. After a second call to the front desk the party finally disbanded. The next moring we made a personal visit to the front desk about the matter. Without any hesitation the room charge was removed and placed on the room next door. We were content with that, but wanted it know that we did not want to go through another night with the noise. We were called in about a half hour after we left the lobby to be told that we would be upgraded that same day. We never asked, but they understood our situation.

  • This place is an absoute dump, and they are disengenuous scammers. My father, brother and I went there for Spring Training. There was no bar at the pool, everything was under construction and there was no one working in the spa/fake resort area. They booked the wrong room for us, and when we called for a rollaway bed, they brought a mattress (still in the plastic) and the blankets (obviously not on the mattress) and the lady left! Upon checkout, when I complained, the owner comped me two nights stay - thats how bad it was.
