  • We stayed a week at this new hotel in Celebration, FL, just off I-4 and 192. Good location if you want to be quiet, and rest, but yet be close to main roads, great restaurants and theme parks. Although the hotel is at the north end of Celebration, it is a short drive to the main market area. Staff went out of their way to serve and please, and to ensure our rooms security. Beautiful pool area and incredible pool and hot tub pool, with easy access from all rooms. Wonderful bistro lunches in beautiful settings, plus intimate dining in upstairs club like dining room. Would definately stay again, and again. It was hard to leave!

  • We stayed a week at this new hotel in Celebration, FL, just off I-4 and 192. Good location if you want to be quiet, and rest, but yet be close to main roads, great restaurants and theme parks.   • I have always being a fan of the Mona Lisa painting so I decided to try this hotel called the Mona Lisa hotel in Orlando to my surprise it was very beautiful and well located. The hotel is in Celebration which I love because you feel you are still in Disney, I also love the rooms very big and spacious they are very clean and well decorated. I went to the restaurant a couple of time and the food was great, there were some minor details that will need improvement but that is because they are a new hotel that just open but overall is a great place to stay and I would stay again in my next visit and recommend it to anyone who is the Orlando area who wants to be near Disney.

  • I have always being a fan of the Mona Lisa painting so I decided to try this hotel called the Mona Lisa hotel in Orlando to my surprise it was very beautiful and well located. The hotel is in Celebration which I love because you feel you are still in Disney, I also love the rooms very big and spacious they are very clean and well decorated. I went to the restaurant a couple of time and the food was great, there were some minor details that will need improvement but that is because they are a new hotel that just open but overall is a great place to stay and I would stay again in my next visit and recommend it to anyone who is the Orlando area who wants to be near Disney.

  • We stayed at this hotel after months of research on line , it is very nice but watch out for hidden fees they charged our credit card for amenities that we didnt even use(the phone, room service,transportation to disney etc. It took an entire week just to clear this problem of of our credit card. We also met a family whose entire trip had been ruined because of the so called hidden fees at this hotel, they didnt have enough left on their credit card and could not take the kids to disneyworld, the hotel told them they would fix it in 5-7 days. Our room was not even cleaned and we ran out of toilet paper(only 2 of us in room) not very upscale on that end.

  • We enjoyed our 10 days ""trapped"" at Mona Lisa(we were waiting for legal paperwork so we could leave the state-traveling with 4 month old infant wed just adopted).The facilities were beautiful and well maintained.(the pool was closed for 2 days with ""health department"" signs??)Staff was friendly and very acommodating: extra towels were noproblem, arranging non-nap-time room cleaning, etc.Theres a washer/dryer all-in-one unit in the room- WONDERFUL with a baby-but dont over-dry things in it- take them out slightly damp and let them hang dry the rest of the way- the dryer will ""melt"" things over-dried.The restaurant on site was really good and reasonably priced- we ate several meals there during our stay.

  • This new hotel was clean, spacious and well designed with a very friendly staff. The dining was above average, with a somewhat limited menu. The only concern was the pool was quite cold. The weather was not real warm, and because of this we did nto use the pool all 5 days we were there. If it is a heated pool, they need to make sure it is comfortable to al;l ages. Kids were using it, but as we all know they will swim in ice water. Vacationers to Florida expect to be able to swim.We will definently stay there again.

  • My wife and stayed for three weeknights in early December. We had booked online several months in advance so when checking in I asked the desk clerk whether breakfast was complementary. I didnt remember. He said it was. The second morning we went to breakfast for something quick, croissants, danish, coffee and juice. I was presented with a $25 bill. When I went to the desk to complain, the gentleman who checked me in was not there and the several staff members who were present said that breakfast was not included in my rate and there was nothing they could do. Their ""Im sorry"" didnt cut it. I wound up paying the bill. On the plus side. A roomy one bedroom suite with flat panel TVs in the living room and bedroom (32 and 26 inches respectively). A wonderful bed with duvet covering. A large rain shower head. An almost full kitchen (no oven, but hey this is vacation) The location is very convenient to jumping over to the Disney properties. Extremely convenient to Rt 192 and all the restaurants, etc. Beautiful courtyard/pool.On the minus side. Nothing is within walking distance. It is a few miles into town center Celebration. Even 192 is a short drive. The breakfast buffet is nice (if you know in advance whether it will be free or you indeed are going to pay for it). Did not try the second floor restaurant but have heard good things. Rooms facing 192 will get some traffic noise. Other side of the hotel is quiet. (Two bedrooms are on the inside facing the pool). Housekeeping was inconsistent, sometimes cleaning cups & glasses, other times not. Did not restock water in the fridge as part of the hidden ""resort fee"" of $12/night. Still, overall good value.

  • This hotel was PERFECT, just like a sleek updated modern Manhattan apartment. Everyone was extremely friendly, the check in process was easykudos.........we are going back in april and this hotel is where we will be.

  • We stayed comfortably in a 2 room suite. They were clean, nice and new but the bathrooms had virtually no counter space for how large they were. That was just poor planning on the builders part. Balcony room overlooking the pool had a great view. The elevators were the slowest Ive ever encountered. I have to warn you though, we had a little problem with theft so watch your stuff. My friend and I both left our books at the pool while we went up to the room. Hers turned up in the kitchen at the hotel??? And mine never turned up. Also I left my tennis shoes in the room, called back the next day when I realized it and they said they couldnt find them. My daughter left something in a different hotel that we had visited 3 days earlier and they are mailing her item back to us at no charge. So just be careful if you choose this place. The reason I will choose not to stay here again honestly isnt the hotel itself, its just the bad memories of the thefts and there are many gorgeous hotels to choose from in Orlando that care just a little more.

  • I really enjoyed how big the rooms were. We go to Disney all the time and this time had to stay off of property due to a little less money to spend. We got the 2 bedroom suite and was so surprised how big the room was. It was nice all the way around. Everyone that worked there that we passed always asked us if we were ok and needed anything else. There was always pool towels and they were always going around to cleaning the area. Not to many extras to the hotel so if you have a bigger family or just like the extra room in a hotel this is the place to go especially for the price. We enjoyed it there and would stay again. Beds were super comfortable.

  • Front desk are very professional, room service was perfect. I would recommend this hotel and would deffinately stay again. Money and time well spent. However, if youre looking for lots of excitement and "noise" this is not the place for you.

  • Our room was fantastic and all brand new! The balcony added another great feature to this property. Great location that could not be any better for traveling to the parks or any other place for that matter as it is the first location off I-4 and 192 sw corner. Somewhat ackward to get in and out but even a little lost ride through celebration isnt that bad either. See ya next year.

  • My recent trip to Orlando for business introduced me to a wonderful property, the Mona Lisa Suite Hotel. My stay there was enjoyable, quiet and relaxing when I had time to lounge in the comfortable king size bed in my large one bedroom suite. I had the pleassure of dining at one of the restaurants; my experience was phenomenal, excellent food with excellent service. I plan to return very soon to this charm in Celebration.

  • Wow! This place is amazing. The rooms are so large and modern. We also had a full kitchen. I certainly wasnt cooking but it was nice to keep drinks chilled. The location is great. I dont love Celebration. The roads all look the same and I end up getting lost. But this is just off 192 so you are an easy 10 minute drive to the Disney parks and you can sneak into Celebration if that is your thing. I loved the pool! This place has a very upscale feel. There werent kids running around everywhere like a typical Disney area hotel. We also had AMAZING meals!! Even the poolside restaurant served gourmet food! Next time we are hoping to eat at the upstairs restaurant for dinner!

  • The first time we stayed in a 2BR suite and a month later in a 1BR suite. I was able to get the 2BR for $/night and the 1BR for $/night. I wouldnt stay if it was any higher than that. The lobby is pretty and somewhat deluxe; the rooms are moderately so. What I love about Mona Lisa... Its very close to Walt Disney World (& Old Town) with easy access to/from and has a lot of eateries east and west of it on Irlo Bronson Hwy/192. Its quiet - no kids running amok. As of Fall 2008 its still relatively new and the rooms are not ""worn out"" or dirty - like many hotels. The rooms are fairly spacious. The showerheads and large sinks are great. The blow dryer blows hot and fast. The kitchen is nice with generous space, too. The fridge is full-sized and the ice maker works super fast! :) FYI: For those of you who want to cook in a regular oven - THERE ISNT ONE, so dont expect to bake pizza. There is a large convection/microwave, though. The pool/spa area is really nice! What Im not crazy about... You constantly play ""revolving doors"" as most of the interior doors to conflict either with another door or the tub wall. The faucet handles are not very easy to use as they are different from normal ones. There is VERY little counter space in any of the bathrooms. We used the washer/dryer the first trip - it washed okay, but even though it go really hot, it just wouldnt dry even a couple pieces of clothing. Ended up taking wet clothes home to dry. Parking is a bit far away from some of the rooms and requires quite a trek!

  • The first time we stayed in a 2BR suite and a month later in a 1BR suite. I was able to get the 2BR for $/night and the 1BR for $/night. I wouldnt stay if it was any higher than that. The lobby is pretty and somewhat deluxe; the rooms are moderately so. What I love about Mona Lisa... Its very close to Walt Disney World (& Old Town) with easy access to/from and has a lot of eateries east and west of it on Irlo Bronson Hwy/192. Its quiet - no kids running amok. As of Fall 2008 its still relatively new and the rooms are not ""worn out"" or dirty - like many hotels. The rooms are fairly spacious. The showerheads and large sinks are great. The blow dryer blows hot and fast. The kitchen is nice with generous space, too. The fridge is full-sized and the ice maker works super fast! :) FYI: For those of you who want to cook in a regular oven - THERE ISNT ONE, so dont expect to bake pizza. There is a large convection/microwave, though. The pool/spa area is really nice! What Im not crazy about... You constantly play ""revolving doors"" as most of the interior doors to conflict either with another door or the tub wall. The faucet handles are not very easy to use as they are different from normal ones. There is VERY little counter space in any of the bathrooms.
