  • Went to Phoenix for a bit of shopping and sun. Really disappointed with the Ritz. Way overpriced for a small room. Location is right in the middle of a lot of traffic. If you have business to attend, this is okay. If you are looking for shopping and relaxation with nice grounds, do not stay here. Go to Scottsdale.

  • We stayed here with a group going to the Insight Bowl at Sun Devil Stadium and would stay here again in a minute. Wonderful staff, great food, fast room service; everyone was very helpful and nice. A top rate hotel. We loved it!
