  • Nice hotel and very nice modern room. Bed comfortable and room service excellent. Staff was helpful and courteous. Gave tips on what subways to take to Yankee game and Statue of Liberty. The hotel is on 42nd which is one block from One Times Square (where the ball drops on New Years). Step out the door and the streets are alive with crowds of people. Short walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping, Broadway shows (Lion King is two blocks away. Mary Poppins is right next door to hotel). Subways that will take you to virtually anywhere within walking distance. Lots of buzz in the area. Safe area night and day. We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Times Square.

  • Our stay at the Hilton Time Square was very good. The service was great and our room service was quick. We enjoyed our time there. Would stay here again.

  • The Hilton Times Square was very pet freindly. The staff was very polite and helpful during the 2 day stay. Attractions are close and the subway is right around the corner. I would stay there again just because my dog misses the doorman.

  • The Hilton Times Square was very pet freindly. The staff was very polite and helpful during the 2 day stay. Attractions are close and the subway is right around the corner. I would stay there again just because my dog misses the doorman.

  • This was my husband and I first time in NYC. The hotel is located in an awesome spot near everything. The hotel staff was very helpful. Its a bit costly but we are returning soon.

  • I really enjoyed our room, I was afraid the rooms would be too small but they were just perfect. The bathroom was very nice as well and had designer amenities. If you dont mind the large crowds of people you will enjoy the location of this hotel.

  • I was pleasantly surprised at the fresh warm feel of the room. Great layout, comfortable bed,and nice working space. The lobby design was also fresh and welcoming. Rates although high were ok for New York. One complaint was the service out of the restaurant was very slow. As a one night lone business traveler I opted to read at the bar and order off the dinner menu. It took over an hour to get a simple entree. No one seemed real concerned about it and the restuarant wasnt crowded. Food was well prepared, but this is an issue that should be resolved. Typically I wouldnt think of eating in the hotel with all the great resataurants around but at mid 90s in temp and tired after travel the service could be far better. Otherwise it was a very nicely appointed comfortable hotel in the middle of the theater district.

  • This was our first trip to New York, so we wanted to stay in the middle of town. The hotel is well above the street noise, so it was very quiet in the room. The hotel is very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and security was good. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. The mattress was great! If you want to stay in the Times Square area, this is a great hotel.

  • The location was great and the service was good. They mistakenly charged me 2 days of valet parking (very expensive $42/d) and easily fixed the mistake. The fitness center is awful! Small, no ventilation, tv doesnt work and has dirty carpet.

  • I had great experience at this Hotel. As i arrived too early to check in i left my bags at the hotel and the reservation clerk (Alicia) went over precisly how to get to the Statue of Liberty. She was so pleasant and helpful--went way out of her way to make sure i knew exaclty where i was going. A few hours later i was left 2 messages telling me my roon was ready. The room was magnificient...36th floor and clean as a whistle. Matter of fact the room attendants seemed to clean my room every time i left. Concierge service was also top notch. If you are looking for a great hotel with exceptional service you cant do much better than the Hilton Times Square

  • I took my wife to NYC for Valentines weekend and the Hilton Times Square was amazing! The location is superb, the rooms were very clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The staff was so helpful with directions, reservations and tips. The hotle has been renovated and looks like a brand new hotel. The Concierge is very helpful. Right near every Broadway show. Make sure your room face 42nd Street for the ultimate view. Go up to 44th street between Broadway and 8th to Johns Pizza for the Best pizza in town. Location is right next to the subway entrance on 42nd street. We will stay here on our next visit!
