I checked this hotel out online and thought it was an okay decent hotel. When we arrived and checked in the room looked nothing like it did online. I think they renovated one room and took pictures of that room. I had called to ask them was the free breakfast a continental breakfast and I was told a littl emore than that because they serve pancakes and a few other things. We went up for breakfast and it was horrible they had donughts that looked like day old doughnuts from Walmart and they were a little smashed, some off brand cereal, some fruit that didnt look too hot and some 99cents a loaf of bread to toast and that was it. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. The room for breakfast looked like something from the early 80s. I didnt feel they cleaned the rooms to well either. And the room was dark and dingy looking. I wanted to check out and go to another hotel but everything was booked since we went during spring break. I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!! The van they transported you to Disneyland in was not in the best shape either. The best part of the hotel was the gentleman driving the shuttle he was very nice.

The tiles are dirty, the entire room feels dirty. We switched rooms only to find the samething. Dont waist your money, trade up and feel comfy! It isnt worth trying to save the money. We will never stay at this particular Days Inn again. In previous years I have stayed at Days inn and this is was the worst. The Days Inn Maingate, looked much cleaner and is right around the corner from Disneyland so youll save on the eleven dollar parking fee per day.

I was extremely disapointed with this hotel. There were stains all over the floor, a screw was missing on one of the locks, and to top it off, the deadbolt didnt even work. When we checked out, I left my camera there. I came back at 3:30 that same afternoon; no one had turned in the camera. They told me to come back the following day, I had to explain to the representative there that I didnt actually live in the hotel. He told me to call back his manager. I called her, she told me to call back. I didnt even detect a hint of customer focus from either of them. I called one more time and got nowhere. I would never stay at this hotel again, and I hope no one reads this review even considers staying here.
