  • The rooms at the Marriott are extremely nice, with comfortable beds, flat screen TVs and good sized bathrooms (with all the expected toiletries). The only issue I had with the room is that they do not have wireless Internet access there - its free in the lobby but you only have wired access for a daily fee in the room. The fitness center was very good size, with numerous treadmills, bikes, etc., all with individual TV screens. The location is very convenient to the airport, and a short trip to the business areas in Irving and around the airport. Definitely a place I would stay again for the price.

  • The rooms at the Marriott are extremely nice, with comfortable beds, flat screen TVs and good sized bathrooms (with all the expected toiletries). The only issue I had with the room is that they do not have wireless Internet access there - its free in the lobby but you only have wired access for a daily fee in the room. The fitness center was very good size, with numerous treadmills, bikes, etc., all with individual TV screens. The location is very convenient to the airport, and a short trip to the business areas in Irving and around the airport. Definitely a place I would stay again for the price.

  • great property and a conveniently location. Very nice fitness center and indoor / outdoor pool. Downside was that my particular room, although it was a non smoking room, smelled like smoke. The hotel may have been recently renovated, but they did not adequately purge the smoke smell in at least some of the non-smoking rooms.

  • great property and a conveniently location. Very nice fitness center and indoor / outdoor pool. Downside was that my particular room, although it was a non smoking room, smelled like smoke. The hotel may have been recently renovated, but they did not adequately purge the smoke smell in at least some of the non-smoking rooms.

  • While on business in Dallas I stayed at this property for several nights. I could not have slept better at home! The beds are fantastic. The room was spacious and decor was modern. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dallas, especially now that I know they have a womens only floor.

  • While on business in Dallas I stayed at this property for several nights. I could not have slept better at home! The beds are fantastic. The room was spacious and decor was modern. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dallas, especially now that I know they have a womens only floor.

  • The room I got was very cool! It was layed out with some odd angles and pieces of furniture that fit those spaces (eg, a comfy chair tucked in an angled corner), and was very well furnished (flat screen TV, very comfy bed, desk, etc.). The fitness center is one of the better hotel ones Ive experienced, with 6 treadmills with individual TV monitors, plenty of other cardio equipment, and free weights. The indoor-outdoor pool is very nice as well. The hotel is very convenient to the DFW airport and surrounding areas, and they have a shuttle that runs to the airport. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way when I had a need. I will definitely stay here again when working in Dallas.

  • We stayed at the hotel for a vacation to see the Cowboys play and the hotel was everything promised. The players stay there the night before the game and other guests are allowed to see them up close.

  • Clean, comfortable, well appointed room. Like the range of food options - convenient snack bar in lobby, food in sports bar was better than expected, didnt try the fancy restaurant or room service. The food catered for our business meetings was quite good. Helpful staff. My room was on the side of the hotel next to the highway and I found the traffic noise a bit disturbing. If this sort of thing bothers you, you might request a room on the non-highway side.The fitness room was ok, and the pool was well designed indoor/outdoor, but had enough leaves in it that it seemed dirty to me so I didnt use it.

  • The Marriott was extremely nice, well run, and conveniently located. Our only minor complaint was that the restaurant (Pitchers) didnt seem to be able to handle a large crowd. However the food and service was good, they just had a hard time getting the food out because of a backup in the kitchen. Overall I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again or to recommend the hotel. Very nice!

  • Oh My, What a hotel! I Laid down on this bed and felt like I was in Heaven. ( No disrepect to Starwood but this is the ultimate Heavenly Bed) What a room - Plugs for all your electronics. Coffee in Room and really nice bathrooms. Lobby has been remodedled and is a true gathering place- Fantastic!!!If you must stay out at the airport DO NOT STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!

  • We came down for the weekend to see the Dallas Cowboys. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were excellant. Food was so-so but the atmosphere in the sports bar was fun. Be sure to enter the Blackjack tournament.. I did feel like there could have been more inforamtion about the area available and that the staff at the Conceirage could have been more helpful.

  • I pretty much travel for a living and am in and out of hotels all the time. I had a great stay here! The bed was sooooo comfortable, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was great. I cant think of any reason not to stay at this property.

  • This hotel really puts you in the lap of luxury. I was more than pleasantly surprised, at first. I was given ice cold bottled water in the free shuttle from the airport. The room was clean, with crisp designer sheets, flat screen TV, business center desk and a stock of bottled water (free). The bathroom tub was long and deep. Bath and Body Works products in trail sizes awaited me, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion and even facial and body soaps, however, I wasnt quite thrilled with the scent, a very minor problem. Went I went to plug in my laptop, I got the surprise of my life. Internet access in my room would cost me 10.00 per day additional. WHAT??? I spied a card on the desk that said if I had a complaint they would take care of it immediately, needless to say, I complained. I dont know if I was more disappointed in the fact that they did NOT do ANYTHING to make me happy over the issue or the original complaint itself. On principal, I did NOT buy the service.Because I still needed net access, I used their business center. Nice, if you like being right on top of someone using the net next to you. They need privacy screens or to rearrange seating so that you cant see each others screens. Also, employees of the gift shop should not be able to use the Business center, IMO.Oh, please stay away from the restaurants! Both my dinner and breakfast were over priced and just short of terrible. 25.00 for a hamburger and FF, plus tea and cheesecake? ACK! and the 15.95 buffet breakfast will leave you with clogged arteries or hungry.Will I stay again? Maybe. The price was hard to beat.
