  • This hotel was beautiful. I was on the 11th floor and I had two large flat screen tvs, a living area, desk, wrap around bath and toilet and mirrored sink area with lovely bath and body works aromatherapy soaps and shampoo/conditioner. The pillowtop bed was complete with cozy bedding and a big bay window. Room service was on time - food was very good.

  • This hotel was beautiful.   • When I checked in I asked for the quietest room in the hotel. They delivered! I got a corner room and never heard anyone around me. The breakfast buffet was wonderful - although a bit pricey. The staff was very helpful. I walked 2 blocks to the L (subway) and rode it downtown to do shopping and go to museum before my business began the next day. This hotel will be my first choice when I return to Chicago.
