  • We took a last minute package vacation here and everything was just as we asked for. We arrived late and the staff were just as friendly as if we had arrived at a normal time. Very nice experience and it felt safe

  • I booked this hotel. When I got there the hotel on the outside was quite deceiving, very beautiful. But when I went into my room that?s when the disappointment began. The color of the carpet was brown (probably trying to hide the dirt which was quite visible) The bathroom was quite date (old) and there was no real door on the bathroom (it was a sliding door that didn?t lock) , the wall paper was peeling off, the air conditioner didn?t work so we had to be moved to another room. The TV was in the most awkward place. The Radisson designer of this particular hotel was probably blind. I guarantee you that the picture you see on the internet is a facade. . This Radisson should have been a SUPER 8 instead. The truth is the only thing that was decent was the sleep number bed which you must request at the time you reserve it and the continental breakfast which is not free if youre not with a business group. Frankly, I WILL NEVER COME BACK, EVER. If you want to get to Sea World, Downtown/Oldtown, or any major attractions, it will take about 30 minutes to get there unless you get lost in that case it may take you 45min to an hour. LAST WARNING: If you want to stay in a nice place ""DONT STAY HERE"".

  • The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and very comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. First class hotel. They treat you like kings and queens. We couldn't have been more pleased. Would definately stay here again.

  • The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and very comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. First class hotel. They treat you like kings and queens. We couldn't have been more pleased. Would definately stay here again.

  • Great service, very comfortable rooms, and delicious buffet breakfast. The cocktail in the evening was a nice touch. The only problem we had was the poolside noise level was so high that my two youngsters and my husband and I had a hard time falling asleep. But once the noisy guests went into their rooms all was well and we had a nice stay here.

  • Great service, very comfortable rooms, and delicious buffet breakfast. The cocktail in the evening was a nice touch.   • We recently stayed for several days due to the fires. The staff was so accommodating and even though they were also dealing with the stress of the fires they were incredibly concerned and outgoing. They seemed willing to try to do anything to help s out. I was truly amazed. We are so grateful that they were open. They made a harrowing experience managebale and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

They seemed willing to try to do anything to help s out. I was truly amazed. We are so grateful that they were open. They made a harrowing experience managebale and enjoyable.   • We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. X at the front desk was very nice and even helped me find a dealer to look at our car (Car trouble on vacation) The room was clean and sharp pool area was nice. The appearance of the whole place made you feel like you paid a lot more for your room.

  • We really liked this hotel because it is out of the city and quiet. The staff was really friendly even when our kids got a little unruly in the lobby. The rooms were bigger than most hotel rooms and they had an awesome exercise room. We were there to ivisit family but we also went to the Wild Animal Park. It was only a short, pleasant drive and we bought our tickets at the hotel. We will return here. It is such a nice place - we felt at home away from home!

  • We really liked this hotel because it is out of the city and quiet. The staff was really friendly even when our kids got a little unruly in the lobby. The rooms were bigger than most hotel rooms and they had an awesome exercise room. We were there to ivisit family but we also went to the Wild Animal Park.   • The hotel was a sheer disapointment, they really do a good job with pictures as they do look good but the reality is otherwise !!!!The bed was clean and comfortable but the room (suite !!!) was small and a bulky big old tv (not flatand modern like on the pictures) was in the middle of the place.The bathtub was not draining properly (it took over one hour before I could take my bath after my husband), the sink had a leak in the pipe under and water was sprinkling on our clothes. When we brought it up to the staff, all they could say was sorry....There is no view except the street and tre parking lot unless Isuppose if you face the mountains and are located on the 3rd floor but very few rooms seem to face the mountains. The hotel is located in an industrial park area in the middle of nowhere and we had trouble finding it even with written instructions and a mapquest. Not good value, not nice, nothing about it. We will never go there again. CHoose something else.

  • My family and I stayed in this hotel during the fire in San Diego. The hotel is in Rancho Bernardo where most corporate offices are located. The hotel is in perfect location beause it is very quiet and safe location. After a long day at Sea World and San Diego Zoo, we were able to have a good rest. My family and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel for many reasons: the breakfast buffet was wonderful. My children loved the hot oatmeal. My husband and I enjoyed the scrambled egg. We also had ham or bacon. The hotel was very busy during our stay but the staff were great. They helped us a lot with directions and our little requests despite the fact that they were busy with the families that were affected with the fire. During breakfast, I overheard a couple of families that were staying in this hotel and they were talking how great the service in this hotel. If I am going to be in San Diego again, I will choose this hotel in a heartbeat even though they are 25 minutes away from San Diego downtown. With the service and quality I received in this hotel, I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. Stay at the Radisson in Rancho Bernardo where you get more for what you pay for. Definitely worth it to stay at.
