  • Check-in after 11pm was painful. There was only one other person in front of us and it took about 30 to 40 mins before the receptionist was done with them. Let me tell you that with a 2 year old child that is exhausted this was not very pleasant. And the worst of it was that there was an other 4 people behind us (not sure how long it took them to get checked in) The photocopying of drivers license, credit card and it seems that the receptionist has so many buttons to push on her computer.... But hey! the room was clean the bed was clean (no bed bugs) that was a relief... Continental breakfast consisted of sugary danishes and donuts. I would stay there again but not with a late check-in, just because the cost was good and the room were clean. I would give them one last chance at their check-in process, maybe during the day it isnt so bad.

  • I stayed at this hotel for the airport shuttle. At the time of booking I was told that the shuttle ran till 10 pm. One week before I arrived I called the hotel directly and was told the shuttle ran till 9:30 pm. 8 hours before your flight was to land (9:05 pm) I was told that we would be arriving at 9:15 pm the clerk said that would be fine as the shuttle runs till 9:30 pm and he would note it on my reservation. On arrival at 9:05 pm I called the hotel that we have arrived and that we were needing the shuttle. I was now told that the shuttle driver went home for the night.After a long conversation and no resolution I was told by the clerk that i would have to get a taxi. So I used an airport taxi.That is just the begining. now I was given a room with MOLD on the ceiling and lizards running around. I also did not feel safe as people using the attached night club where loidering around the grounds.In the morning I did get a shuttle ride back to the airport.Just a word of warning. STAY AWAY from this property ! ! ! ! !

  • Not the cleanest place would not stay again. They knew we had missed a flight and dint even have luggage and they still felt the need to take advantageof us & with our 6 yr. old along on top of it.

  • After reading other reviews we were apprehensive about spending our one night before a cruise staying here. We were pleasantly surprised. We flew in at midnight and had no trouble in the hotel shuttle picking us up. Although the driver was supposed to finish before we arrived, he stayed on to collect us, and was most pleasant and helpful. All the staff were good. Our room was old, but large, clean, and tidy. The shuttle to the ship the next day was well organised, and we spent our time waiting for it using the complimentary internet, and partaking of the complimentary breakfast. Definitely not as bad as the other reviews suggest, and we would confidently stay here again.

  • The advertisement for this hotel was good, but the actual hotel was under remodeling due to a hurricane last year and that was not mentioned in the ad. It is in very bad condition.

  • The service at the front desk, was absolutely phenominal....the staff was helpful, accomidating and extremely friendly. The rooms arent trump towers but they were clean and served our needs. I will definitely be staying there again when I go back to Florida. In this travellors opinion, the staff made all the difference in the world.Excellent service all the way round

  • The service at the front desk, was absolutely phenominal....the staff was helpful, accomidating and extremely friendly. The rooms arent trump towers but they were clean and served our needs.   • The hotel was okay, but it took us a long time to check in & It was not busy. They had only one shuttle bus to the cruise port & there were a lot of people waiting for it. It never did return to the hotel while we waited so we finally hired a cab to take us.

  • Best Value in the area! Make sure to sign the log on when you need to go and be picked up or otherwise the manager will send him home early. The shuttle runs 8am-10pm daily and the gentleman is very nice and polite. Note: Others will be riding to the airport and cruise ships as well, and will be dropped first on the way. The maid did not clean our room each day but we got fresh towels. Maybe because the hotel was booked with other rooms needing new sheets. The complimentery breakfast was great, with fresh danish, donuts, coffee, juice, cereal, and make-your-own Belgium waffles. The Sports Bar is a bar with a restaurant which is clean and new. The hotel entrance is newly renovated with a HD big screen TV and computer area to use. Ask for the first floor inside corridor, otherwise you have to walk the stairs or it is in the back, older area that has open walkways. The hotel was sold out the nights we stayed so arrive as early as you can for best room chioces. We were two women staying for business and felt safe in the area.Lesters Dinner nearby on 84 had great food, and serves breakfast all day! Over 20 homemade desserts and a huge menu of choices.

  • The room was large. Check-in was smooth. The front desk people were very friendly. Our room was ready early. They gave us two goodie bags with free samples at check-in. I stayed for 4 nights and never worried about being gone all day with my personal belongings left in the room. Even with a bar on the premises and it being the 4th of July holiday weekend, it was very quiet. I will definately stay here again.

  • This was by far the most disgusting hotel I ever stayed in - and extremely overpriced on top of it! The room was filthy and smelly (this being the second room, as the first one smelled so bad, we couldnt even walk into it!) I did not feel safe in the hotel at all. Didnt sleep all night and couldnt wait to leave first thing in the morning. Stay any where else!!

The room was filthy and smelly (this being the second room, as the first one smelled so bad, we couldnt even walk into it!) I did not feel safe in the hotel at all.   • We stayed the night before our cruise. the shuttle service was great and was why we choose the hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service in a.m for cruise was a little chaotic but overall well run. The rooms looked newly updated until you walked into the toilet/shower room. It looks like they cheaped out and didnt upate/replace the toilet and tiles. The shower/tub area had alot of mold . The cleaning crew should learn about the value of bleach. The pool area was pretty and a hit with the kids. There is two restaurants on site we ate at the sports bar. Food was okay but the service was slooow.

  • The hotel was nice with newly renovated rooms. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful with many cruise customers leaving the same time on Saturday morning. They even offer free shuttle service to the cruise ships. If you can stay during the week you can save 50% off the weekend rates, as they double the price for cruise customers.

  • This motel was great and we would stay again. The only drawback is the motels airport shuttle stops running at 10:00 pm and we came in after 10:00. Very nice and clean rooms.

  • We stayed before a cruise. Pick up from the airport was easy. Room was good. Staff was ok. Sports bar was outstanding. Crystal was our waitress, she is excellent and we enjoyed getting to know her. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that there are things to walk to, try somewhere else. There is a nature center across a busy street, but iit s very enjoyable. If you are going on a cruise the transportation to the port cant be beat. Everything is well thought out and organized. But, the best part of the motel is Crystal, in the Sports Bar, please tell her we said HI from the wedding cruise.

  • My friend and I stayed here the day before we left and the day after we returned from a cruise. We picked the location because it was very close to port Everglades and it had a complimentary airport shuttle. We were being economical but I wish we had spend a few more dollars. First of all, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is NOTHING of interest that is within walking distance. In addition, the front desk is EXTREMELY SLOW, (I didnt realize it was that difficult to check into a room that was already paid for.) The room was okay but the bathrooms were disguisting. The toilet hadnt had a good cleaning in a while (the cleaning lady obvisously didnt lift the seat while cleaning). The best thing about the hotel was the bar/restaurant.

  • My friend and I stayed here the day before we left and the day after we returned from a cruise. We picked the location because it was very close to port Everglades and it had a complimentary airport shuttle. We were being economical but I wish we had spend a few more dollars. First of all, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is NOTHING of interest that is within walking distance. In addition, the front desk is EXTREMELY SLOW, (I didnt realize it was that difficult to check into a room that was already paid for.) The room was okay but the bathrooms were disguisting. The toilet hadnt had a good cleaning in a while (the cleaning lady obvisously didnt lift the seat while cleaning). The best thing about the hotel was the bar/restaurant.

  • When I checked other reviews before we left, I wasnt expecting much. I was very surprised. The staff was very helpful. The entry was welcoming with new furniture. We were very pleased with the bedroom. It was fairly large and obviously redone. There is a small restaurant off the foyer, but it is not complimentary. There is also a sports bar attached. Theyve an excellent job in renovating. For the price I would highly recommend it. For people with disabilities, there is no elevator, but was fine on the first floor.
