  • room is small. we ask for 2 single bed but only got 1 double bed. housekeeping was very helpful. location is far from the main city and its hard to get a taxi. my children love the business lounge and the pool.

  • room is small. we ask for 2 single bed but only got 1 double bed. housekeeping was very helpful. location is far from the main city and its hard to get a taxi. my children love the business lounge and the pool.

  • Things that didnt work - the TV (black and white!! and poor reception), the TV remote control and the safe. The Hotel doesnt even bother to change the batteries.Toilet was leaking; stains were found on the quilt and pillows. The location is off centre and therere many hawker stalls down below. If youre not used to that environment, walking back to the hotel can make you feel so unsafe.You may ENJOY the free Internet access in the ""Executive Lounge"" unless youre the first one to get there and sit there the whole day. Therere only two computers available and you may have to wait for ages for your turn.I booked through the travel website but on my arrival, the hotel staff said they did not have my booking info even though a complete confirmation sheet was printed for their reference. They told me they had to charge me for the room rates. After much hassle, I had to call the travel agency to sort things out with the hotel (otherwise Id have been double-charged).A most unpleasant stay I had with this hotel or any other hotels in my entire travel experience. Therere so many choices in KL - have this only as your last resort.
