  • We just got back April20-27 07.The Staff was great,room was clean . Close to Disney and lots of place to eat and shop with in walking distance. Pool was clean,lots of towels. Would stay there again.

  • The hotel was ok. The pool was nice,but there wasnt a cont. breakfast,the store in the lobby area was too exspensive,And the park ticket offer was a rip off,you had to have a spouse with you and make over 50 grand a year,that is discrimatation.What about all of the single parent families of whom make alot less than 50 grand.For the price of the rooms they should have a really nice cont. breakfast. Also when you told the person that was doing the ticket offer that you were single they were a little rude because you couldnt do the ticket special.We probably will not stay there again

  • My kids were so excited about having a kidsuite. Its great for families with three kids. We had a fort with bunk beds plus a single. The kids even had their own TV.The staff was really helpful and there were plenty of smiles to go around.The pool is huge and its heated.We cant wait to go back!

  • My kids were so excited about having a kidsuite. Its great for families with three kids. We had a fort with bunk beds plus a single. The kids even had their own TV.The staff was really helpful and there were plenty of smiles to go around.The pool is huge and its heated.We cant wait to go back!

  • The overall hotel could use some updating, it was clean, staff was friendly,beds comfortable. We were there for 12 days, with no real complaints,other than slow check-in/out.

  • Cheap hotel, nice staff but It wasnt not what the website ""sold to me"". Bedrooms w/ corridors...like motel 6, I was not expecting that...so I felt not safe. If I knew that I would not had booked. couple Bugs and hair inside the bedroom. I was hoping they could do something for the next day...but they did not. The same bugs stayed there. Breakfast was OK. I hope the travelocity update the website and INFORM the next customers that this hotel is simple hotel w/ corridors.

  • This hotel was very relaxing and fun. The two poold were awesome. This is not a 5 star hotel but it is still extremely nice for the price. My family had a memorable time here. It is very centrally located by """"Old Town"""" which was entertaining. I will definitely stay here again!

  • This hotel was very relaxing and fun. The two poold were awesome. This is not a 5 star hotel but it is still extremely nice for the price. My family had a memorable time here. It is very centrally located by """"Old Town"""" which was entertaining. I will definitely stay here again!

  • My family checked in and everyone was so nice. I had my 2 dogs and 2 children with us and we enjoyed our stay. Employees were very nice. They were all very helpful. When I needed a sheet change for the crib, they were more than happy to help. When I asked for anything, they were very happy to help. The Hotel was clean and equipped with everything I needed. Including a laundry mat. They a place to walk the dogs. We would stay again, everyone was so pleasant.

  • Stayed at this dump week before Thanksgiving. In between the horrible beds (no fitted sheets, soiled joke of a mattress pad-had to go out and buy sheets to use just to feel ""clean"") the filthy carpet and no security, it was a nightmare. Had disruptive teens in room across the parking lot 2 nights in a row, ofc did nothing. Then to top it all off, 2 days of constant fire alarm going off. Again, staff could do nothing. Told it was mandated by the city, but no one bothered to tell guests this was going on. How do you think a hotel full of (mostly) older guests reacts to fire alarm going off at 7:30 am, then again every 15mins for 2 days straight!!! Had to call sleep in the car down the road, it was ridiculous. left the next day, otherwise would have moved. Anyway, whatever you do, do NOT stay in this dump, it needs to be bulldozed

  • Not only was the hotel a bad exprience but it also ruin my valitines for my g/f and I. First the light pole in front of the hotel are peeling really bad and the place looks like it needs to be painted. Second the only security is an older gentelman on a golf cart who looks like he should be at home instead of patroling the hotel . third when i walked into the lobby i was greeted by a bunch of screaming kids . There lobby looks more a truck stop rest area then a hotel lobby . And this hotel is not 1 mile alway from disney . It really far from alot of the attraction and tourist destination.

  • The room was fine, clean and organized. It had a small microwave and mini frig. too. We thought it had a coffee maker, but were a little disappointed to find that it did not. Our room was on the second floor, and the hotel does not have an elevator, so we had to lug the bags up and down the stairs. No fun! The sink drains were broken at the bottom underneath, so you had to manually push them up and reconnect them to have them open or close. The drain in the shower was very s....l.....o....w. It took several minutes for the tub to drain after my husband took a shower. That was not fun considering our two year old wanted to take a bath immediately! The pool and the play area looked very nice, and they did have several activities offered on the newsletter at check in. One that was nice was the offer for pictures with the Easter Bunny. They do have a small area where you can purchase small items (chips, bread, drinks etc. as well as pizza an wings). The hotel did offer a shuttle to Disney Parks and local shopping. They also offered a breakfast buffet in the lobby area. The ""kids eat free special"" was a bit deceptive, since the only meal that was free for kids was the breakfast. We did not eat at the buffet, but the menu did sound good.Overall it was a good value for the money and location. I would stay there again, but if my stay was longer than a night or two I might try to find something with a full kitchen, so I could make my morning coffee.

  • We stayed at this hotel for the past couple of years. Its a nice hotel with reasonable price. This year when we again stayed there, we noticed the building and rooms have seen better years. The room is still clean. The staff there are very helpful and friendly. We wish that theyll reinvest some money renovate the room and building. Also, the beds in the room are smaller now.We will still consider Seralogo as an option when we visit Orlando.

The room is still clean. The staff there are very helpful and friendly. We wish that theyll reinvest some money renovate the room and building. Also, the beds in the room are smaller now.We will still consider Seralogo as an option when we visit Orlando.

  • The room was bigger than I thought it would be. It was clean & comfortable. I wish it had had a room safe, but thats really the only complaint I had about the room. The pool was wonderful. There were plenty of towels available. They kept it very clean. It was completely enclosed by a gate that was high enough that the little kids would have to have trouble running in & out of it. It also had a separate pool for the young ones that was gated too, so you could really relax at the pool instead of watching your child like a hawk. The poolside snack bar wasnt open when we were there. Apparently the person running it didnt show up that weekend...that would have been really nice, but they had a great mini grocery store inside the hotel with almost anything you could want. All & all it was a great hotel that was close to everything. I would definitely stay there again!

  • The room was bigger than I thought it would be. It was clean & comfortable. I wish it had had a room safe, but thats really the only complaint I had about the room. The pool was wonderful. There were plenty of towels available. They kept it very clean. It was completely enclosed by a gate that was high enough that the little kids would have to have trouble running in & out of it. It also had a separate pool for the young ones that was gated too, so you could really relax at the pool instead of watching your child like a hawk. The poolside snack bar wasnt open when we were there. Apparently the person running it didnt show up that weekend...that would have been really nice, but they had a great mini grocery store inside the hotel with almost anything you could want. All & all it was a great hotel that was close to everything. I would definitely stay there again!

  • Although we only stayed one night, the hotel was close to needs a family may want while on vacation. The rooms were a little dated, but were clean. There were plenty of staff and security walking around at all times.

  • I had booked a pool side room online and then when i arrived they said they only had pool view, but i explained that i had paid more for and wanted a pool side room, they gave me a nicer room than i had booked and it was pool side, close to everthing and had alot to do within walking distance that was free and great family entertainment for us all. the price is great too.

  • I had booked a pool side room online and then when i arrived they said they only had pool view, but i explained that i had paid more for and wanted a pool side room, they gave me a nicer room than i had booked and it was pool side, close to everthing and had alot to do within walking distance that was free and great family entertainment for us all. the price is great too.

  • Visiting family & planning to stay only one night, this hotel is not bad for the value. My room rate was discounted for the summer. Quick access to Disney property via Osceola parkway. Rooms large but in need of a make over; check in quick and staff friendly. Lots of places to eat outside of the hotel property. Close to Old Town.

  • We have stayed here twice in our last 3 trips to Orlando. The value for the money is great. Its not a 4 or 5 star hotel by any means, but its clean and decently kept up--and probably a little better quality than the other area hotels at this same price. I remember they were doing a big renovation last time we were there, my dad and his wife were in a newer (nicer) room and my family was in an older unremodeled one. We didnt utilize the pool very much, it was always too crowded and I was nervous to have my little toddler children there with so many people. It was close to many restaurants and activities, next door to a mini-golf place and Walgreens down the street. We kept milk in the mini-fridge and just had cereal/pop-tarts/nutri-grain bars and fruit for breakfast most days to save money.

  • We booked a Kidsuite for one night at the start of our trip (Oct. 10, 2008), and a 2-4oom suite the last night of our stay (Oct. 18). We were at our timeshare the other nights. Oct. 10th stay was okayOn Oct. 18th, we checked in at 9:00 p.m. for our 2-room suite, however, we were told they didnt have any available. The check-in person said she could give us 2 rooms next to each other, but couldnt tell from the computer as to whether or not there would be a connecting door between the rooms, plus we would have to walk across the parking lot to use the pool. I told her that wouldnt work for us, as we are traving with children. She put us in a Kidsuite, and gave me a voucher for 2 free adult meals at the breakfast buffet. Later, when I looked at their brochure, it stated you get 2 free adult meals at the breakfast buffet when you book the 2-room suite! I also asked for a partial refund, but was denied.The rooms are old, musty smelling, and feel kind of gross. The microwave was really old and worn out - the timer mechanism didnt work. The bathroom towels are rough and scratchy. Pool towels were much softer and larger - go figure!!!Breakfast buffet was ""okay"" - I would have preferred Perkins! Pay a little more for a better place!

  • Our vacation started off really crappy but it got better once we got to Seralago. The lady who checked us in, i think her name was Vanessa, was very pleasant and understanding. She gave the kids free tokens for the game room so that we could pass time while our information was uploaded to their computers. Our housekeeper was Carolyn and she did an excellent job everyday(we were not the neatest people). Overall the hotel was great and we definitely are going back again. The location was also a great asset. Its located on the strip with a wide aray of things to do.

  • Myself and my son went to Florida for Daytona 500 and we couldnt be happier with this place.Clean and tidy.Excellent staff and ammenidities.Definetly come back.

  • this place is for you. Someone needs to tell the management that a fresh coat of paint does not make up for dirty, smelly rooms and inadequate bedding (sheets were too small for the bed) . I stayed one night becaue I was part of a group but found my own hotel for the next night. Fortunately, the staff were great even though they didnt know how to work the electrical plugs that had wierd and unusual safety features.
