  • I was so disgusted the second I walked into our room that I immediately got out the phone book (since we decided not to bring a laptop) and looked for another hotel, even though we paid in advance for 6 nights. When you first walk in, there was a disgusting black stain about 2 feet in diameter. The carpet was gross, I wouldnt walk on it without shoes. The walls were filthy with smudges and marks all over them. As you venture further into the room, I noticed the ""kitchenette."" The cabinets were horible, they had no finish on the and looked like they were built in 1943. The bathroom was gross, looked like it needed a good pressure washing. If you dont like privacy in the bathroom, this is the place for you because the bathroom door wont shut. The shower head came up to my chin (Im 510"") and the towels were fully stocked each day with 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth, no hand towels. Moving on to the bed, I was reluctant to sleep in it because it looked filthy. The box spring had what appeared to be blood on it. The refridgerator/freezer had water percolating through it all night, we finally unplugged it. When the neighboring room takes a shower at 1:30 in the morning, the sound fills the room so loud that it woke both my wife and I. We toughed it out for 4 nights while the rest of our group was with us but once they went home, we ate the remaining 2 nights we had already paid for and stayed at the Holiday Inn on Walnut. It butts up against Disneyland and was a Vacation from this disgusting place, please please please dont even think about it.

  • The hotel did not match the picture in the website. This hotel is about 4 miles from Disneyland and not very close. The hotel desk staff tried to ?milk? us for my by arranging transportation through their own people rather than a local taxi. We were charged $20 bucks to go 2 miles. When we called a taxi back fro where were going it was only 7.50. AVOID THIS HOTEL!

  • Stayed at this hotel for a few days to bring my family to Disneyland. Front desk staff were very accomodating and friendly, specially the night person that checked us in at 1am. The rooms include a micro/fridge and coffeemaker which is a plus. And the beds and furnitures looked new. Its not a HIlton, but for the price that I paid for, its a good value.

  • We were very pleasantly surprised because of the value. The room included a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, queen size pillow-top beds, a pool, jacuzzi, and a daily continental breakfast, all for the great low price of under $** for 4 days, checking out New Years Day. The room was attractive and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of problems that only slightly affected our stay. The sink drain came apart and flooded a little, which was repaired within a couple of hours, and we were not able to get enough hand towels and wash cloths because they ran out. Otherwise it would have been all 5 stars.
