  • The staff was very friendly and helpful. This impressive hotel is part of a larger complex with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Local subway (MTR) and many street markets close by as well. Shuttle cost to/from airport very reasonable - do NOT take a taxi. The beds are a little harder than I am used to but would stay there again anytime. If you are going to be meeting someone at the hotel, make sure they have your full name available (room number too if possible). Hotel will not allow them to call your room without your full name.
