  • We booked the Rodeway Inn because we were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a overnight stop. This place fit the bill and for the price I expected much less, the rooms were tidy and they offered a continental breakfast.

  • The other reviews that said this was a good location must be talking about a different motel. The rooms were old and very small. The location is across the street from the railroad tracks and every time a train comes into town to the station it sounds its whistle (about every half hour). Unless you can sleep through numerous train whistles this place is not for you. It is the noisiest motel I have every visited.

  • The other reviews that said this was a good location must be talking about a different motel. The rooms were old and very small. The location is across the street from the railroad tracks and every time a train comes into town to the station it sounds its whistle (about every half hour). Unless you can sleep through numerous train whistles this place is not for you. It is the noisiest motel I have every visited.

  • You literally cannot sleep because the Amtrak and freight trains blast their horns all night long. Our room is old and small which is not a problem but the floor is creaky, the walls are very thin and the furniture is way too big for the room. The TV, wall air conditioner/heater, alarm clock, microwave, and refrigerator are all plugged into the same outlet but you can't have the TV and the heater on at the same time because the circuit breaker trips. To top it off the smoke alarm beeped once every five minutes before I figured the battery must be low so I just removed it.

  • If you enjoy being ,, and avariciously/opportunistically overcharged for ?extra person fees? for being silly enough to have your kids with you in the lobby (because you, on second thought, should have simply left the teenagers in the car when you checked in), by all means, stay at the revolting establishment known as the Rodeway Inn-Downtown in Flagstaff, Arizona. You can thank me later for this tip, but it just may be a handy prerequisite to learn to speak (or, at a minimum, comprehend) the mother tongue of the owners of the establishment so that you don?t have to merely take a stab at every other English word you excitedly grasp at during your already frustrating conversation with them whilst they try to blatantly take advantage of you. (I?m guessing if Rosetta Stone sells something pertaining to the south-central region of the Asian continent, you should be headed in the right direction.) Upon arrival to this staggeringly unpleasant locale, one is immediately reminded of one of those horrifically dismal motels where one might pay to live by the week/month. Lest I forget, I couldn?t possibly find enough negatively-charged adjectives to sufficiently describe the customer-service-challenged female behind the counter inside the foul smelling, non-air-conditioned lobby.

  • This place is right in Downtown Flagstaff, there are no other motels in Downtown! The rooms were clean. The price was very reasonable for the stay. Walking distance to restaurants and the clubs, only drawback is the train noise.

  • The rooms were inexpensive and clean, this motel just converted to Rodeway Inn and was called the Town House Motel before. The motel seems to be renovated recently and is clean the front desk was very helpful in giving us driving directions.

  • Dont get them confused there are 3 in town. We chose this one because of its Downtown location. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean, given the downtown location I had no problems, walking distance to restaurants and the bars. For the price this was a great stay! I would be back to the Rodeway Inn when in Flagstaff.

  • Dont get them confused there are 3 in town. We chose this one because of its Downtown location. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean, given the downtown location I had no problems, walking distance to restaurants and the bars. For the price this was a great stay! I would be back to the Rodeway Inn when in Flagstaff.

  • The hotel is RIGHT next to the train tracks. Trains ran all night blowing their horns. Front Desk staff was rude!! When we called for directions as we are out of town travelers, all we were told was ""we are downtown"" and she hung up on us!! Tiny room, barely bigger than the bed! Very dissapointed. Not worth the cheap rate to not sleep all night!!! We will not return.

  • The motel is newly renovated, our room had a fridge/micro which was a big plus with the wife and kids. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and the price was within our budget.
