  • Our room (284) smelled very bad when we first walked in. There was residue in the a/c unit. The unit dripped all night. drip. drip. drip. It left a puddle on the floor. The bathroom was stinky too, with mildew in the shower. The carpet was yucky. We sprayed Lysol on everything. Yuck.

  • my stay was the best. Excelent all around. Clean, Bed very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, dinning the best. Enjoyed the breakfast brought to our room. Worth every penny. Looked and felt expensive at a modrate price. A mirowave would have been nice in the room to like heat food up or pop popcorn etc. Yes i would stay at four points again .

  • Staff was great, very friendly. Plenty of close shopping. Room was good. Elevator was broken while we were there, but Im sure theyll have it fixed soon. Shuttle is great, but be prepared to wait for them to come pick you up.

  • This hotel was a very pleasant suprise. The hotel had a fleet of shuttle vans that were ready to take you to the airport or the subway. The room was nice and clean and the staff was helpful. I did not get a chance to eat in the hotel, but there was a nice restaurant within walking distance. Overall a great value!

  • This hotel was a very pleasant suprise. The hotel had a fleet of shuttle vans that were ready to take you to the airport or the subway. The room was nice and clean and the staff was helpful. I did not get a chance to eat in the hotel, but there was a nice restaurant within walking distance. Overall a great value!

  • The staff is terrible, no greetings, very impatient, dont feel welcomed. The hotel is kind of old. I have to push the down bottom all the time till the elevator comes up. If I go to boston area again and would like to stay near the airport, Ill stay with Comfort Inn nearby. Four Point is more expensive but that worth the money.

  • Clerks not friendly. Seem to have added on an additional tower on the side for more rooms, but they are quite a walk from everything including food, vending, ice, etc. Parking is terrible! Adjacent restaurant is Unos, but lousy service here too.

  • First of all, this hotel should not be listed as at the airport. It's 10-15 minutes from the airport. And while the shuttle service was free and accommodating, it took FOREVER to get to/from Boston when I took the shuttle to the train (hour in the morning, hour and a half to get back at night). I took cabs after my first day (half-hour trip, about $30). The room was nice, though, and the free wireless internet is great. I just won't stay there again if I need to be in Boston.
