  • I am sitting in my room on the second night of what is supposed to be a week long stay. My refrigerator went out today. My remote is the most basic of all and works only partially. So I decided to go for a workout. There my treadmill faced the swimming pool where two young women were waiting in the hottub in their wet t-shirts (no suits) for their middle aged business men ""dates"". The two guys came with their paper bag cocktails and a third guy to sit on the sidelines and watch. Needless to say I was more than uncomfortable behind the glass that separates the fitness room from the pool. This was all withint ten yards from the front desk and in full view of other guest on their way to the elevator. This review is not a moral statement, nor am I naive as to hotel activities, but it is a statement regarding the comfort and freedom of a business traveler (male or female) to, at 8:00 at night, use the PUBLIC part of the facilities that they are paying for without feeling they are getting more entertainment than they bargained for.
