  • I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Very clean, very nice beds. Free WiFi. Staff was nice, but 2 employees did not know what was going on. But I will definitely stay here again.

  • I was very pleased with our stay at this hotel. Very clean, very nice beds. Free WiFi. Staff was nice, but 2 employees did not know what was going on. But I will definitely stay here again.

  • My sister and I stayed for a week and it was alright. The room was smoking even though we had requested non-smoking and there wasnt another available so we just dealt with it. About two nights into our stay ants started appearing in the bathroom sink. The check-in process was quick and easy and the clerk was friendly. If you are staying to got to Disneyland then you should probably drive. The shuttle runs only every hour so if you miss it from your hotel or from Disneyland your stuck, we ended up taking a cab back when we missed the shuttle. The beds were extremely comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. We ate there every morning. Overall not a bad experience, next time I would stay a little closer to Disneyland though.

Here are the only things I could find wrong:1) A bit of a walk from the parking lot to the interior elevators.2) 4 pillows per queen size bed, 2 with ""Firm"" embroidered on the pillow cases and 2 with ""Soft. Couldnt tell any difference!, they were all soft, just the way I like them.3) Hook on bathroom wall for haning something like a bathrobe was starting to pull loose.4) Hallway stairwell smelled heavily of smoke and wet carpet. Luckily, it didnt smell like that in our room.All in all, it was a great value, especially during the summer months.

  • This is my 3rd time to stay at this property. It has a luxurious feel without the price. Very nice decor/landscaping/space. Pool nice and basic but not spectacular, great to eat or play games at outside tables. Ask for a room on back side of hotel for a pool or courtyard view and to escape road noise (not horrible). The bathroom door is heavy and closes loudly, I kept mine propped open with a towel. The ONE thing this hotel is lacking is walking distance dining options. There is a Subway, Starbucks, and gas station conveniece store close and thats it. Close to Disney and The Block at Orange (dining/shopping district). I was here for business and time for Disney, there was a mix of both types of guests during my stay. This hotel does not disappoint.

  • A very clean and new hotel located just miles away from Disneyland and other attractions. The rooms were very clean and the layout was very comfortable. There arent a lot of restaurants within close walking distance; however, just down the road a couple of blocks are several mainstream restaurants. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay.

  • My daughter & I went to CA for a trip to Disneyland, after searching on-line for a hotel we found the Holiday Inn Express. I was familiar to the area so I knew this location would be ideal for the other plans we had while there. The hotel is very nice out front and when you come in the very presentable. Check in was quick and the front desk staff and room service staff were very nice and very attentive. Room was GREAT, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the surroundings are kept very clean. The continental breakfast was good alot to choose from and the staff kept refilling everything when it was running low. The hotel also has a fitness room but didnt have a chance to use. I would definately stay at this hotel again and would recommend this hotel.

Very rude experience and very un-accomodating!!! The walls are thin and can hear everything (telephone ringing, television volume, hallway air condition). The hotel is too far from Disneyland. Inconvenience public transportation shuttle that runs only every hour and often late and takes 45 minutes or longer one way. So, in short, we would not recommend this hotel.

  • I went down there to go to disneyland. It was very clean and the stuff was very helpful and friendly. I would definately stay here again. my family loved it. The jacuzzi was down but we still had fun in the pool.
