  • We arrived to this hotel finding feces in the toilet, the carpet VERY sticky, razor blade marks on the table, sticky box spring, and very stained mattresses. There was obvious intrusion evidence (holes in the walls, pried open door)

  • After staying at the Suburban Extended Stay I must say all the reviews I read were wrong. I was apprehensive at first about staying at this hotel but decided to give it a shot. I found the property to be in excellent condition and the staff was great. After talking to the Assistant General Manager I was presently supprised to find out that the Management team is entirely new. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to be in the Casselberry area.
