  • The lobby was nice, but its also condos where people live. The rooms were dirty and the beds like a motel (cheap) Would NEVER stay there again. Dont let the lobby photos and """"All Suite rooms"""" fool you.

  • I was taking a cruise so this was a great location and great space and views for the price. It was fantastic and secure, I liked the condo look and feel...a home away from home. I had a wonderful stay and plan to stay again very soon.

  • I was taking a cruise so this was a great location and great space and views for the price. It was fantastic and secure, I liked the condo look and feel...a home away from home. I had a wonderful stay and plan to stay again very soon.

  • Hotel seems no character, no services or amenities. Rooms are very big, but furniture is like cheap dorm-room furniture. The ""couch"" was a metal frame chair with removable stained brown cushons. Bed was OK, but there is no TV in the bedroom and the TV in the living room was very old. No Wireless Internet in the hotel except in the lobby. Who do they think they are catering to?Seemed relatively safe, but far from the Intercontinental which is where I needed to be during my trip. Would NEVER recommend it, and unless everything else is booked, I would look for other options.

  • Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights on weekend and had a great stay. Breakfast was included and it is a good location for downtown. South Beach is a $$ cab ride away. The staff was friendly and the valet parking was a great deal $ a day! Will stay there again!

  • This is a low rent apartment building that was converted to hotel use. The one bedroom units have a view of concrete only and the two bedroom unit I was given looked like tenants of 10 years had moved out the day before - scuffed walls, stained carpet, dirty tub floor, rusty fixtures. There are so many other wonderful charming hotels in Miami, this should be last on anyones list.

  • 1. HORRIBLE housekeeping - had to fight with them to keep wash clothes in the unit.2. Unit was supposed to be for six people - there were two dinner plates. No toaster, one 4-cup coffee maker, not enough pans to cook in.3. Stains spatter was all over the bathroom door of the master bedroom. We actually had to call and ask them to come clean it up. (We really should have asked for another room).4. Beds were old and you could feel the springs through the mattress.5. One tv in the entire unit.6. No wi-fi as advertised.7. No furniture provided on the small balcony. When asked for some, we were told that we needed to drag the chairs from the dining area out.8. As stated before, this unit was supposed to sleep six, but the table was only big enough and had chairs for four.This place was not worth the money spent. The front desk staff tried to be as helpful as they could, but werent able to do much. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

  • I thought by the money I spent on this suite everything was going to be really nice. The outside, lobby, halls, fitness center and garadge was very nice. However were I had to stay was not nice at all. The furniture in the living room was not fit to be in that hotel for the price I paid per night.

  • This hotel is also an extended stay facility. People live in the units (which, on a positive note, means there is a full kitchen in-unit) and are allowed to have pets. There was animal hair EVERYWHERE in our room - especially unfortuante if you have any type of allergies. The staff at the front desk were not very helpful when we asked about restaurants in the area, public transportation, etc. I couldnt tell if they were uninformed or just didnt want to take the time to explain that there is a FREE ""people mover"" (the equivalent of a tram) a block away which takes you down town and to several highly-populated food/shopping areas. I did appreciate the free internet lounge, although only one of the four computers would actually connect to the internet.

  • The room was nasty, the desk clerks were nasty and they have no customer service training, and did they advise you of a $16 a day parking fee. no. The pool was not available. They did not even clean our room a few days, 1 day they just changed the towels and pulled th sheet up, the next day they claim the maid have an emergency and did not have anyone to clean the room.

  • stayed here with my son because we went to the britney spears concert and the location is great. the people are very nice. the bed was the only down side but the unit is pretty big we had a nice time. we took a cab to bayside cost us 7 dollar and had dinner at the rancho in bayside good food.

  • We stayed at the fortune house for 2 nights and did not care for it. The parking is valet only at $5 per day and the parking is $20/night. (although the valet service was the most receptive to our requests) The front doors are always locked and it is confusing to get in for the first time. The front desk staff were always too busy to give any type of customer service or even a warm reception. The elevators have a mind of their own. The beds are rock hard with a flat sheet loosely tucked in over the otherwise bare mattress. The car alarms going off overnight in nearby parking garages made for additional poor sleep. The bathroom had several burned out lightbulbs, at least 5 different types of hair on the tile, and a black mold spot on the ceiling above the toilet. The carpet had several varieties of particles including a broken safety pin in the closet, a paper clip in the living room, a stick pin in a hallway, and a sewing needle in the bedroom. The place had the convenience of a washer, but the dryer never dried in any setting. Needless to say, we wont be returning anytime soon.

  • I was a little hesisitant about staying here when i read the other reviews, but i took a chance. I was impressed when entered the front door. The lobby is beautiful. My room ws on the PH floor. The room was huge. It was basically a 2/2 with stove, washer/dryer, etc.. The view was spectacular. There was view of the bay from every window. I cant wait to stay again.

The room was huge. It was basically a 2/2 with stove, washer/dryer, etc.. The view was spectacular. There was view of the bay from every window. I cant wait to stay again.
