  • Our room was very spacious and comfortable and provided all the amenities of home. My two young children loved the playgrounds, the pool and the spa tub in our room which they happily bathed in every night! Take out at the Grill was convenient as was the sundry store with its deli counter. Only complaint was with housekeeping who after repeated calls for an extra pillow finally told us that they were all out of pillows. They also neglected to remove the trash from our takeout dinner the night before that would not fit in the garbage can but was sitting right beside it.

Our room was very nice & the outdoor screened in patio was lovely for having a morning cup of coffee. There were tons of activities & a nicely appointed exercise room. The on site restaurant was very good also. I highly recommend this hotel.

  • Arrived to find out the main restaurant was under construction. Only a small outdoor cafe offered limited food service and a bar. The store/deli was lame. No room service except pizza delivery. Second pool had no food or beverage service.Property is getting a bit tired in commons areas. Didnt clean room one day.Had three (3) different people call us about a time share presentation which we did not attend. Really bugging.This is a family place for families with moderate standards.

  • We stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club at SeaWorld International Center the week of September 20th to 27th, 2008 (RCI timeshare trade). We had a two bedroom condo in building two (Hamilton House) on the 5th floor overlooking the pools, lake and golf course. The condo was very nice, clean, quiet, modern and roomy (two bedrooms with king beds and central living room with kitchen, dining and washer/dryer). I can not rate the staff because we did not need them during our stay. We had a great time using the many pools, fitness center and other activities on the grounds. The resort seems to brim with ?High Class?. SeaWorld is a short walk across the street. All other theme parks and attractions were a short drive in our rental car. My wife, daughter and I had a great stay here.

  • No housekeeping, carry your own trash out, nice rooms, sprawling campus - fine if you like to walk, very limited grill - no breakfast even on the weekend unless you wanted muffins or bagels from the deli that were priced high and of low quality. Charges for every little thing - even printing boarding passes for airline $1 a page. Poor attitude (NOT HELPFUL) of service staff. Fine for do it yourselfers - vacuum in the closet.

  • Booked the hotel due to its proximity to Sea World, as well as good reviews/rating and good price. We were not disappointed in any way, arrived a litttle early but got our room immediately. Room was perfectly clean and well equipped. We were able to walk to Sea World which took about 10-15 minutes with our infant in stroller. The pool areas are great with two very large swimming pools and smaller pool for children and several hot tubs. Plenty of chairs and towels. A mini market is reasonably well stocked. Maybe the only criticism is that there is only one eating facility/restaurant which is around the outside pool bar. Staff were very helpfull. I would recommend this hotel and will go back again.

  • We stayed at this hotel in February 2009, in Paget Buildling. Our room was very nice. We had a King bed, large jacuzzi tub, separate bathroom and our own private screened balcony. The room was spotlessly clean and our maid, although we never saw her ,left towel animals in our room everyday. I am sure it was the tip we left. We thought we were on a cruise with so many towels animals. This is a great choice for a family with children, wonderful main pool area, playground and many many childrens activities throughout the day. This hotel is located near Sea World and they do provide transportation to that park, but it is so close you could really walk. They do not provide free transportation to the Disney Parks, I think it was $6.00 per person for the shuttle. One word of mention, there are not any restaurants within walking distance to this hotel. You will need a car or taxi to go out for a meal if you are not cooking. The Coral Reef Rest. at the hotel is reasonable and the food is pretty good! We would definately stay again.

  • The hotel was beautifully landscaped with a warm and friendly staff. The suite was spacious and had everything you needed but food! From laundry and dish soap to a blender! The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean with everything we needed. Pools were great and had lots of activities for you or your children. I felt this was definatly worth the money and would recommend it!
