  • My family and I was going to Disneyland for the weekend and as we checked in the room was soooo small and it smelled like paint and not to mention when I turned on the A/C it was so noisy than the freeway so I called the front desk so I asked to change the room and they said no!! But to make the long story short they have really bad customer service.. Keep looking there are better hotels out there!!!

  • My family and I was going to Disneyland for the weekend and as we checked in the room was soooo small and it smelled like paint and not to mention when I turned on the A/C it was so noisy than the freeway so I called the front desk so I asked to change the room and they said no!! But to make the long story short they have really bad customer service.. Keep looking there are better hotels out there!!!

  • If youre used to traveling on a budget, you will be pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was a 10-15 minute leisurely walk from the front gate of Disneyland. We had the ""Kids Suite"" which had one room with queen bed, TV, microwave, fridge, and bathroom and an adjoining room with door between that had a twin bunk bed and pull out couch with TV and bathroom. The teens could have some privacy and Mom and Dad enjoyed quiet. We hardly noticed the freeway noise with the room fan on. Breakfast consisted of: waffles, muffins, yogurt, cheese, cereal, juice, milk. We kept chocolate milk and bagels in our room fridge for our picky teens. They didnt like the breakfast provided. They also complained that the pool was cold but that didnt stop them from swimming twice. You may prefer to bring your own pillow and towel. The towels are small and thin. Though small, the rooms were clean and seemed newly remodeled. We did notice some stuffiness when we first arrived which quickly dissipated with the room fan turned on.

  • The hotel was clean, quiet and reasonably priced. However, I chose this hotel because it seemed close to Disneyland for walking. I found there was no direct way to walk to the park so you have to walk around almost 3 extra blocks over other hotels on Katella Ave. We walked one time but it was too much for my daughter so I drove to the park after that. There are much nicer hotels for the same price if you have to drive so I felt it was not a bargain in that respect

  • We checked into this hotel and within an hour we checked out highly disgusted! We had just arrived at this hotel thinking it was actually very nice inside the room for the price. One my mother had sat on the bed she squealed in surprised when a roach crawled across her hand. We quickly disposed of the pest, highly upset to find it in the bed. Within a few minutes we found another crawling across the table. We called and told the front desk and they tried to play it off like they werent roaches but beetles, but they were quite obvious as to what they were. We quickly checked out of this hotel and went to a Mariott in Santa Ana. Do not stay in this hotel unless you want bugs crawling on you in your sleep!

  • We booked a suite for 2 adults and one teenager for 4 nights. After checking in we went to the room. We were shocked to find the absolute tiniest hotel room that any of us had ever seen. There was a double bed with a loveseat sized sleeper sofa stuck right next to it. There was no room for 3 people to move around. This was suppose to be a ""suite?"" When I went back down to the front desk, they blamed the whole thing on the online travel website. They said their real suites were all booked. Unfortunately we were stuck having to spend our first night in this sardine can. Thank god the online travel website managed to relocate us the next day to a location with ""real suites,"" the La Quinta. We had a great time there, and I will be writing a stellar review for that hotel. Take my advice, if youre travelling with teenagers and expect a suite to have seperate sleeping areas, do yourself a faver and look somewhere else!

  • Called ahead to inform of mid night check in. Upon arrival was greeted by a rude night front desk attendent who had an attitude with ""third party bookings"", specifically online travel. He claimed the online travel credit card wouldnt go through and made me phone the online travel help desk... proceeded to tell me how I should have booked directly... After 30 minutes of delay and speaking with the online travel customer service desk, I finally got the family into a room. The room was small, the non-smoking room smelt of smoke, the tv remote wouldnt work. I called back to front desk to inquire about the tv remote. The night front desk attendent informed I had to call their ""third party"" in room entertainment service to have them tell me how to reset the tv set... Another half hour later, I was informed the tv required repair and the third party entertainment service would repair it in the morning. Would never stay again.

  • This was our second stay here for a multi-day trip to the Disneyland Resort. Rooms are clean with new carpet, Crown Moldings, wallpaper & furnishings. Rooms have space to move around. Originally booked a queen suite but it was too close to the freeway. The two double bed rooms & kids two room suites are in the back part of the hotel and you cant hear the traffic at all. Hotel staff helped us migrate to a quieter room easily. Free Continental breakfast is cook your own waffle, cereal, pastry, muffins, toast & English muffins with juice, hot tea or coffee. Pretty good for free or you can walk down to Captain Kidds or Dennys and spend a bunch plus tip. Rooms have fridge, microwave & coffee pot. Shower has great water pressure. Hotel staff is excellent. Pretty much everything was provided but all requests handled with a smile. Pillows a little thin so ask for another or bring your own. It is about a fifteen minute walk (for two adults with a stroller at a normal pace) from the park entrance to the hotel mostly on sidewalks. You can do the Anaheim shuttle for a small daily fee if you dont want to walk. We will continue to stay here each time we visit Disneyland Resort as the rooms are so nice, the price is right, the staff is so friendly & helpful and it is so close to the park entrance.

  • Went for a quick getaway to Disney and stayed here. Room was small, but we stayed at the park until late and just came back to shower and sleep. Room DID NOT have cockroaches as some reviews state. Freeway is loud, try to get room away from it if youre a light sleeper. Im not and it didnt bother me. My girlfriend is though, and the front desk gave a choice of their only two other prepared rooms immediatly and free of charge - no questions asked. A great hotel for the money. Comfy bed and safe included, VERY short walk to the main gate - didnt have to pay the $11 for Disney parking. Great deal, would stay again.

  • We stayed at this property during a recent trip to Disneyland.This is a decent hotel for the money. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room appeared to be clean. The hotel is located a short 10 minute walk to Disneyland. There are many restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient.The hotel is really showing its age in places. We stayed in a kids suite and the outlets were so worn that our cell phone charger would not stay plugged in to any of the outlets. Also, when we turned off one of the lights near the bunk beds, the light crackled and popped. It was a little scary. The walls are very thin. The air conditioner was marginal. The breakfast was okay. It consisted of muffins, toast, and juice. There is a pool, but it is not heated. Musty odor in the rooms. It wasnt bad enough to request a room change, but it was definitely there.I gave it a 3 star rating, but struggle with whether or not I would stay here again. Although the stay was not terrible, I decided I would spend a few dollars more and upgrade a little bit in quality.

  • Liked the walking distance to the main gate of Disneyland, but if your in a room on the freeway side...good luck getting any sleep without earplugs!!! Standard breakfast bar, the room seemed small and cramped with one queen, the hot water took 8 min to warm up to a luke warm, and the a/c fan spit out funny smelling air probably because it was old. For the $$$ i would spend just a little more for a nicer place.POSITIVE SIDE:The bed was VERY comfortableThe staff and maintenance were very nice and promptCleanGood location

  • The hotel was very close to Disney and the Convention center, all within walking distance. The room we had was small but funtional as there were so many things close by and we were not in our room but to shower and sleep. The rooms were clean and the bathroom floor was heated and warm after your shower. It is close to the freeway but MUCH LESS noise than I thought it would be and we had a room on the backside. The staff was friendly and helpful. Around 9:30 you get to see the fireworks from Disney! There is a nice pool but we didnt swim as it was not heated and it was October and cool.

  • The hotel was very close to Disney and the Convention center, all within walking distance. The room we had was small but funtional as there were so many things close by and we were not in our room but to shower and sleep. The rooms were clean and the bathroom floor was heated and warm after your shower. It is close to the freeway but MUCH LESS noise than I thought it would be and we had a room on the backside. The staff was friendly and helpful. Around 9:30 you get to see the fireworks from Disney! There is a nice pool but we didnt swim as it was not heated and it was October and cool.

  • Was first given a room with a door that did not lock. My complaint got me transferred to another room; I was given a renovated room that was small but clean and pleasant. Price was right.

  • The first room had a door that would not lock. Second room had a bathroom fan and light that would not go out. Maintanence request was not followed up on. request for additional pillow was met with response of """"we will call you if we can find one"""". Price and proximity to Disney were only positives - will not stay there again.

  • I travel to Disneyland a lot (bi-monthly) and this is my favorite place to stay. They are still remodeling, ask for a newer room. All rooms have a fridge and microwave at no extra cost, rooms are half price of ones directly on harbor blvd but youre still only a 10 minute safe walk to the park. Ive had to change rooms due to noise before and the staff is VERY accomodating.Clean, safe, value, and nice rooms...just ask for a newer one! If the hotel is busy be sure to get up early if you want waffles!

  • I actually thought the place was pretty good for the price. It is a about a 10-15 min walk from Disneyland Park (a little bit farther than I thought, though) , and the grounds of the hotel were nice. I especially liked the outdoor seating area and the staff was very freindly.
