  • One room was great the room that my husband and I stayed at was awful. We had no phone, no iron, the ironing board would not fold up, no plug for the bath tub and only 2 working lights. We told the front desk about it they said they would fix it while we were out. Came back nothing was fixed. The next morning we told them again they said would get someone in there and again nothing. On the third day my mother went up there and told them how ridicules this was and they said there was no record of the complaint. On the third day they moved us to a new room. After that it was good.

  • This hotel is excellent for those who are planning their days at parks. We thought the beds were comfortable, the staff was great, maids did a fabulous job. Quick and easy improvements would be to add/upgrade to their continental breakfast, and heat the pool. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the place was clean and the staff pleasant and professional. I would stay here again! Fits my budget, clean and close to everything we love!

  • This hotel is excellent for those who are planning their days at parks. We thought the beds were comfortable, the staff was great, maids did a fabulous job.   • Our stay was for 8 days.The hotel for the most part was well located for our travel needs.The front desk staff was friendly and efficient getting us in our room.The room was roomy,beds were very firm which I liked,but a bad smell permeated the room;other than that it suited our purposes quite well as we mainly just needed beds to sleep at night,we were out all day.I definitely would stay there again good value for your money;no room service but a Mickey Ds next door as well as a Great fast food place called Pauls and several other eateries close by.I am quite pleased.

  • Excellent choice and we found it by chance from reading reviews from online travel website. We just paid way too much for another hotel at Santa Monica and we were pleasantly surprised when we got to this hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms were big and comfy and cleaner than what we just left. The bathroom was good sized too. And did we mention convenient? We were on spring break and went to Knotts. It was great !! And it wasnt difficult to find the hotel coming back. Im reccommending this hotel to my family and friends if they want to go to Knotts. We were quite pleased with the location, price, size of room, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

  • Excellent choice and we found it by chance from reading reviews from online travel website.   • 1. When I arrived, she could not find my reservation because it was under the wrong last name: X instead of M_______. 2. When I first arrived to my room, the light switch did not work and I groped around in the dark to find a light switch. Later, I found that someone simply neglected to place that particular lamp to its ""on"" switch so that when I placed it ""on,"" it worked thereafter. 3. All the lamp shades were crooked. 4. The door to the bathroom is a very heavy sliding door and if one does not close it, you end up looking at yourself in a mirror facing the toilet seat! 5. The sink was somewhat plugged. 6. The clock was not set to the correct time. 7. When I called to the front desk, the phone rang for a long time.

  • This hotel was a great deal. Rooms were clean the staff was very friendly. The pool was cold though. Mcdonalds is just next door I recomend going there for breakfast. We stayed with family a few rooms down and they were happy to. Beds were nice and new.

  • This hotel was a great deal. Rooms were clean the staff was very friendly. The pool was cold though. Mcdonalds is just next door I recomend going there for breakfast. We stayed with family a few rooms down and they were happy to. Beds were nice and new.

  • My son and I stayed here on our trip to Disneyland. It was just fine. We felt safe and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast is bad. Luckily, McDs is in the front yard. I felt like this was a great deal and served the purpose of a nice place to crash after a long, grueling, magical day at Disneyland.

  • My son and I stayed here on our trip to Disneyland. It was just fine. We felt safe and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast is bad. Luckily, McDs is in the front yard. I felt like this was a great deal and served the purpose of a nice place to crash after a long, grueling, magical day at Disneyland.

  • Our room had a ""perfumy"" odor (as did another we looked at) like they use carpet powder. We looked at a couple of other rooms and they were in need of repair (wallpaper coming off walls, etc). When checking out, I stood there for 5 minutes, while the desk clerk was on the phone with what appeared to be a vendor. This place isnt worth it!!

  • Well pictures seemed ok when booking room, property is nice and resturants close buy. However the first night found a roach crawling on bathroom mirror. I killed it and when house keeping the next day cleaned room roach was still dead on the mirror, never cleaned up. The next day saw 2 more of them moving around the room. The beds have a box spring and a thing 3-4"" mattress on top of them, very uncomfortable. Its like sleeping on a futon. Also takes a good 15-20 minutes to get to Disney from there, dont try and save a few bucks your better off to pay 5-10 more a night for a better chain of hotels, as I would never stay here again.

  • The staff was very friendly and helpful, location is great but the room was small. The overall price was not bad but I expected more because I was going by the pictures the have posted on the site. Its ok but Im not staying there again.

  • The employees didn't look happy. There was a bad smell in the hotel, hallways, and specially the room. Air conditioner/heat was not working properly or it was not enough for our double-double bedroom. I didn't feel safe from outsiders because the third floor's outside door, by the elevator wasn't locked, anybody could just walk inside the hotel with no problem.

  • Good location. One of our favorite fast food chains (Pauls Place) is right across the parking lot.The only negative is the continental breakfast. Very limited selection.

  • This is the place which for people who would like to stay for just a night or couple of nights and very cheap. The room is very cute and even the hotel has a pool and free parking and also free breakfast. Very nice place to stay ! would recommend anyone who are looking for a stay for less price in and around artesia and anaheim. The best part is they also have a smal web station to browse incase you dont want to shell out for the wi-fi. All you have to do is take a couple of dollar bills. !

  • The rooms were awful, doors didnt close unless you took a running start. Bathrooms were filthy, the maid tried but it was in such disrepair! Possible mold, my kid started to get sick right when we arrived! Breakfast?!? JOKE! our other travelodge was Over booked so they moved us to this dump everying else was sold out we had no choice but to deal with it since they wouldnt refund! Stay away, I called corprate they have 10 days to respond which I am sure they will do-travelodge you need to pull the franchise they are giving you all a bad rep (my opinion)

  • One room was great the room that my husband and I stayed at was awful. We had no phone, no iron, the ironing board would not fold up, no plug for the bath tub and only 2 working lights. We told the front desk about it they said they would fix it while we were out. Came back nothing was fixed. The next morning we told them again they said would get someone in there and again nothing. On the third day my mother went up there and told them how ridicules this was and they said there was no record of the complaint. On the third day they moved us to a new room. After that it was good.

  • I stayed there four days and three nights and was surprisingly pleased with my purchase. Always out of ice, but other than that, it suited my needs.
