  • This experience for my wife and I was the worst. For a five star hotel it sure felt like we were in a one star western inn. The food, staff, facilities, and more needs to be redone. There was no entertainment for the guests. The staff needs to be re-trained to meet the five star accommodations. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. I had a better time BBQ in my backyard.I spend entirely too much money on this trip and received very little in return.

  • After a very long flight you have to wait for other flights to arrive before they bring you to the hotel. Food is quite bad: hamburger the size of a sheet of paper and pizza with no taste. They also switched our telephone line to an internet line so we could not get any telephone calls, our line was always busy. Room privacy is not respected: they knock even though the sign is on. Cigarettes have a tendency to disappear from the room after the maids visit. Management does not seem to care very much of small essentials: no gel douche, no slippers.
