  • Our room was very clean, and the bathroom was especially nice---new, and not cramped like so many in Europe. Next time we would get a queen room which is bigger we were told. Our room was 2 single beds and was quite small. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast choices were many, and the food was good. We enjoyed the little pub across the street----great opportunity to chat with the locals. Be aware that during the week, seniors can get a discount for the London Eye----the desk clerk didnt tell us that when we purchased our tickets.
