The food at the restaurant was far better than we imagined it would be. The Jacuzzi Suite we had was great, we will definately stay there again.

The food at the restaurant was far better than we imagined it would be. The Jacuzzi Suite we had was great, we will definately stay there again.

  • Rooms had nice beds and they provided extra pillows. The pool was not properly maintained and the free breakfast was not very good. Only get potatoes, eggs and a little fruit with a drink and it is awkward how they provide it. Still, okay for one night. Not in a great neighborhood.

  • We picked this hotel because of the location and the helpful reviews. The room was clean and comfortable. The train noise did awaken us, but was able to fall right back to sleep. The railroad tracks are a few blocks away. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. The cook to order breakfast was great and the wait staff was very friendly and fast. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they gave us lots of good information on the local sights and things to do. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. When we come back to Tucson we will check this hotel first.

  • When we arrived from the airpot around midnight our room was ready for us with no problems. The staff was polite and helpful. They kept a file of cards with directions to get from the hotel to every major site-seeing destination in the area. In the moring we would ask for directions to wherever we wanted to go. They would pull out the index card and give it to us so we knew exactly how to get there. The pool and hot tub were clean, convenient and so welcome. The courtyard was pretty with potted flowers, fountains, etc. Our bed was very comfortable, our room was subtly decorated and kept clean.There was a full service restaurant on site. Each morning we got vouchers from the front desk for breakfast. We had a limited variety of choices. Some choices, such as muffins, were not really available even though they were listed. The service was often slow. I made the mistake of going into the restaurant rest room to wash my hands. Very scary! Too bad because the motel itself was very well run and clean.

The rooms were recetly remodeled. i had the room with a brand new walk in shower. the room was freshly painted and really clean. this is one of the nicest best western hotels that me and my family had stayed in. the free breakfast at the resturant and discount for dinner. This hotel saved me alot of money while vacationing. stay here you will be suprised!!!

  • The hotel is not bad and the rooms adequate but the service needs improving. I had 2 people try to phone my room and were left on hold for over 5 min before ringign me. Also I couldnt find the lever that transferred the water to the shower. I called for assistance and was told that it was obvious and that no one else had problems in the room. Reluctantly, someone came and you had to screw and pull down what appeared to be a filter on the spigot. I have stated a lot of places but never seen that one before! The staff appears put out when you make a request.

  • This location was fantastic! Located right by the U of A and the Desert Museum. Customer service was Excellent Victoria was wonderful. The breakfeast was actually a full breakfeast and not just a danish. They even offered 2 for 1 drink coupons. It was convenient that they had high speed internet. I would deffinatly recommend this hotel.

  • In the downtown Tucson area, there isnt much of an escape from night time freight trains rolling through dozens of grade crossings, complete with their loud horns. Other than that, my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations for a Best Western. The room was clean and neat. The hotel premises were pleasant, clean, and seemed reasonably safe. I slept well, indicating a comfortable bed.My room included a small refrigerator, which I used and which seemed in good working order.The hotel has both wired and wireless Internet service. I prefer wired for security. I had no problems with the service and used it extensively each day.My reservation included a breakfast coupon. It can only be used with what I consider an overly restricted menu. I ordered from the full menu, receiving a 15% discount in place of the coupon. I would have prefered a cash equivalence for the coupon, which would have been more valuable.I would not hesitate to stay here again.

  • This is an older motel with selective heating and cooling. You either have heat or cooling depending on the weather. The rooms were clean, and there was security present all night. There was quite a bit of noise from the upstairs rooms. It sounded like they were moving furnature all night. Granted it was New Years Eve. The complimentary breakfast was so-so. Maybe the cook had a rough nite. This was a last minute decision, not my best, but met my need at the time.

There was quite a bit of noise from the upstairs rooms. It sounded like they were moving furnature all night. Granted it was New Years Eve. The complimentary breakfast was so-so. Maybe the cook had a rough nite. This was a last minute decision, not my best, but met my need at the time.

  • Javiar had absolutely fantastic customer service skills. He went out of his way to recommend authentic Mexican restaurants and was very friendly. Would definitely consider staying here again.
