  • Excellent hotel, clean room, good service, great location. No complaints...oh, except the next morning they hadnt replaced our...

  • clean rooms but I had to call back after our stay because they put a additional charge on my visa that they were not supposd to, I had confirmation from the front desk clerk that it was included in the final price and once I called and said that it was included they then reversed the fee but still was not impressed with the that service

  • Excellent hotel, clean room, good service, great location. No complaints...oh, except the next morning they hadnt replaced our package of coffee, so all that was left was the decaf, but I KNOW that if Id called they would have brought me a regular coffee package, but I didnt bother because right down the hall in Scotia Square is a Tim Hortons and a Second Cup. Couldnt have a better location.
