  • The trip was planned with Disney in mind. Location to the park was excellent - very easy to find. Plenty of food places in the area. The staff was very helpful and check-in/check-out went smoothly. This hotel is by the interstate and the traffic was very loud. If you have a hard time sleeping stay in a room facing the parking lot and not the pool. They moved me to another room without any difficulty. The room itself was rather run down but the cost ($48 per night) did outway the negatives if you have a budget to keep. A nice continental breakfast is included...you could get the hot breakfast buffet at a good cost. Get to the dining room before 8:00 am or you could wait. I put together a plate and took it to my room to eat. There is a security guard at the gate.

Shuttles run frequently to the parks so you dont need to fight the traffic and end up getting lost. My family of four stayed a week and then had to move to another hotel for the next week because they were full (we made a last minute change to stay longer). Though the next hotel was shinier I wouldnt give it half the points I would this one, plus the kids having a separate sleeping area was awesome especially in this price range. This hotel was booked as part of a package we bought but if you get chance this hotel is definitely not to be overlooked, no marble or statues but realistic comfort things you need while your away from home and the staff was excellent.

  • This was a Disney trip, so we just needed a place to sleep. 1st night we were put in a room that faced the Interstate, and this was not so great. (If you are a light sleeper you definitely need a room not facing the interstate). We swapped rooms for nights 2 and 3 and did not have any further major complaints, however the walls did not seem a bit thin and did not block out all the noise. Overall we had a great rate (found on Travel website) $48 plus tax per night. It was not the newest or the cleaniest hotel bad not a bad for the money. I would stay here if i got a great rate, but if I had to pay more I would probably look else where.

  • Location is good near Premium Outlet and Disney attractions but overall hotel is poor. Staff acts like robot when we check in, Too many rooms ( 5 levels), high noise all day and night and cleanliness is terrible. No wi-fi in rooms is not acceptable. Continental breakfast is a total mess because of many tourist groups at the same time. There should be a separate schedule for these groups. Try another hotel at International drive or Kissimmee.

  • This hotel/motel was clean and decent enough for a short stay. It was close to Disney and the free breakfast was a nice perk. If you are looking for an inexpensive place that seems clean and safe, its a good choice...especially if you are just looking for a place to sleep and wont be spending tons of time at the hotel. We used it as just a place to spend one night in the area. Checkin and checkout were easy. Having the fridge and microwave were nice bonuses too - although I didnt really get the benefit since we only stayed 1 night. If you are ok with mediocre conditions and want an inexpensive stay, this is a good choice!

  • Location and place excellent beautifully landscape and lake. Staff friendly but since you arrive theres one guy in the door trying to sell tickets and services, useful welcome gift. Safe parking area and you can try to park closest to your room. I paid 48.00 dollars per night, which is great value but dont go there if you get a highter rate...dont worth...the beds are clean and confortable...carpets are dusty...the bathroom is terrible, the shower was clogged and has a ""mat"" which looks like a ""fungy nest"" dont step there...I found some hair in lavado, the coffe machine is full of dust and looks dirty, towels has some extrange debris when you open it. If you want something cheap to stay this is your best choice theres a brandoutlet so close, restaurants and souvenirs stores...if you go with family or girlfriend and you want to have a good time...go other hotel.

  • We stayed there 5 nights -great internet ads...Our room was filthy (nose mucous on bathroom walls, garbage was not cleaned on a daily basis, sheets on beds were not fitted sheets). Breakfast buffet was advertised $5.00 person, but was suddenly $8.00 We had to serve ourself our attendant only showed up after we had finished breakfast and my husband had to get drinks himself (supposed to be served by attendant) and she advises that tip is included in the $8.00 fee? We served ourselves! bathrooms... very outdated... rust in bathtub, the toilets did not flush.

  • My wife and I just needed place to sleep after spending the days at the parks and malls. The location is excellent, just a short drive to the Magic Kingdom and near everywhere else. The room was clean and comfortable - be sure to get the king size bed. The complimentary breakfast was great, but be sure to get there before 7:30AM, it really gets crowded.My only complaint is the airconditioner. The automatic thermostat shuts it off if the outside temperature is as low or lower than the room. Theres noway to set it on manual, even to just turn on the fan.We would definitely stay here again!

She made us feel like we did not have any reservation when infact, this reservation was made through you on 2/21/09. Told us she had nothing available and we would have to come back at 4PM. We hung out in the rain at Downtown Disney and went back at 3 PM. Waited for her to leave the desk and went to another clerk, who very nicely assigned us our room. Every one except that one person, was very helpful.

  • Very noisy. Never had a complete nights sleep. Weve had ""continental breakfasts"" all over the United States and this Comfort Inns was the worst. Having inspected prisons as part of my professional (law-abiding) career, I can frankly say that there would be a riot at any institution that served breakfasts like this Comfort Inn did. I doubt they offered fifty cents worth of food. The bus service was awful. We assumed it was a back and forth shuttle. Wrong. You leave in the morning and return in the evening, provided you walk fast enough after the fireworks ends at Epcot. The hotel staff tried their best; the owners didnt.

  • The beds were uncomfortable, the comforters were stained, and the pillows were small and flat. The shower was disgusting (HAIR ON THE FLOOR THAT WAS NOT OURS!!!!) and the towels were ripped and old. We were placed in a second floor room facing Interstate 4, and we heard EVERY car and truck that went by, not to mention the springbreakers that were running and screaming up and down the walkway outside our room, knocking on doors as they went. The water tasted and smelled weird as well. The continental breakfast was poor and the shuttles ran at such odd and useless times that we were forced to take a taxi (at the cost of $50) back to the airport so we could rent a car. Most of the shuttles returned more than 1.5 hours before the parks close!! We chose this hotel because of the free continental breakfast and the shuttle; next time well just stay on Disney property... Between the $100 roundtrip taxi fee, $540 for the rental car, and the money we spent on breakfast and MickeyDs because we couldnt eat what they offered, we spent well over $1200 on what should have been a $350 stay. The hotel is a dump -- spend your money elsewhere.

  • The beds were uncomfortable, the comforters were stained, and the pillows were small and flat. The shower was disgusting (HAIR ON THE FLOOR THAT WAS NOT OURS!!!!) and the towels were ripped and old. We were placed in a second floor room facing Interstate 4, and we heard EVERY car and truck that went by, not to mention the springbreakers that were running and screaming up and down the walkway outside our room, knocking on doors as they went. The water tasted and smelled weird as well. The continental breakfast was poor and the shuttles ran at such odd and useless times that we were forced to take a taxi (at the cost of $50) back to the airport so we could rent a car. Most of the shuttles returned more than 1.5 hours before the parks close!! We chose this hotel because of the free continental breakfast and the shuttle; next time well just stay on Disney property... Between the $100 roundtrip taxi fee, $540 for the rental car, and the money we spent on breakfast and MickeyDs because we couldnt eat what they offered, we spent well over $1200 on what should have been a $350 stay. The hotel is a dump -- spend your money elsewhere.

  • Dont plan on eating the ""complimentary"" breakfast unless you are there FIRST thing. Not enough room w/tables & chairs, too many people. Hotel right across from the freeway. Javier was extremely helpful when the hotel computer was out of paper, he pulled up our flight & printed out our boarding passes for us. Very nice gentleman. TOO many people there, tho. Was not lit very well.

  • We stayed here for one night after visiting Seas World and before checking into Disney the next morning. Checking and out was easy. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. While the bathroom did seem dated it did serve its purpose and for the money was a great value. Would stay here again if passing through the area.

  • when i stayed there we were closer then i thought to disneyworld. downtown disney is not even a mile away to shop or party. all disney parks were close by . hooters is right around the corner .so overall this was a great place to stay at.

  • My family and I stayed here last July 4th. It was ok. My sister had to move rooms because they had silverfish bugs in their first room. The hotel does not have a real clean feeling. The elevator was broken the whole week we were there. The housekeepers dont have attention to the DO NOT DISTURB signs -- so they came VERY early and banged on the door, disturbing our sleep. We would stay again knowing some of the things we know now (get a 1st or 2nd floor room and you dont need an elevator... and bring your own cleaning supplies and bedspread...etc.)

  • Checkin was fast and easy, they asked us our preferred location and we chose a room near the pool. The personnel at the desk were efficient and friendly. Our room was next to the pool which was very convenient, and even though it was close to the pool, it was quiet. The room was adequate, nothing fancy, but we spent very little time there. It was convenient to the parks, just down the road from the entrance to Downtown Disney! The continental breakfast was fine. We ate at their buffet dinner twice and because we are early diners,the cost was only $18. for two. The pool was clean and a good place to relax after a long day at the parks. My only complaint was that it closed at 10, it would have been nice to be open a little longer.I would stay here again and would recommend it for a stay in Orlando.

  • I expected more from a Comfort Inn. It looks like Comfort Inn bought the property painted and added some amenities. Bottom line...They need to BUY NEW MATTRESSES. I had 2 beds in my room. The one that slept better had a dip in the middle. The other you could fill the springs. If you are looking for a good nights sleep, find another hotel. The location was great.

  • We stayed overnight at the Comfort Inn LBV this past weekend and while I read some of the reviews here about the service/rooms, I couldnt pass up the price.. If youre going to this part of Orlando, youre generally going there for one single reason, TO GO TO DISNEY WORLD!!!! If thats your intension, then youre looking in the right place.. This is a great place to just spend the nights at for sleeping.. If youre looking for a resport hotel to spend your days at, go somewhere else.. I skipped the breakfast to go to the parks.. ate lunch as well as dinner at the parks, however that being said if you dont like the food at the hotel Theres a great Ale House for lunch/dinner right on the corner of Palm Parkway and 535 (about a 2 minute drive or a 10/15 minute walk) BTW, youre pretty much as close as you can be to the parks without being on Disney Property or spending over * a night..
