  • We stayed for 3 nights. Very clean, and the service was great. We would stay there again.

  • Older hotel with outside doors. Under the SkyHarbor flight path so lots of airport noise and since the windows are old and dont close all the way it sounds like the jets are landing in your room. The rooms have kitchenettes and the floors show the grime of cooking with spots and soiling. Bedspread was stained and dirty. The sheets are old and rough. No bath and the shower stall leaked large puddles. Set near the strip joints and adult stores, this is a haven for retired seniors tours so every mornign there is a bus rumbling in and parking making noise at 6:30 to 7AM. Yes there is a free breakfast but you have to wait often 20 minutes for a table from a sullen maitre d. The floors in the breakfast area are soiled and dirty. The waiters were very nice. The desk clerk did his best. He had the carpet cleaned in my room, but three days of noise and tour buses and I had to get out. Travelocity negotiated some of my money back and we moved to a much nicer hotel at the same price.

  • I think that there could have been more towels in the room. The price was very affordable. The kitchenette was great. Hotel employees were very helpful with directions.   • I paid in advance for the hotel room that my mother would be staying in, she was unable to make the orginal check-in date but called to say she would be a day late and to please hold her room. She was told that the room would still be available. (this was a travel website rep). When she arrived the next day she was made to post a deposit for the room and the lady at the desk was not very friendly. Other than this one not so great check-in, the room and all of the other amenities were as stated.

  • I paid in advance for the hotel room that my mother would be staying in, she was unable to make the orginal check-in date but called to say she would be a day late and to please hold her room. She was told that the room would still be available. (this was a travel website rep).   • Good hotel for the money, clean and well kept. Free breakfast and happy hour by the pool is a nice touch. Very convenient location, close to ASU campus. Too busy to try the pool, but saw many other guests enjoying it during our stay. Overall, a good place to stay, I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

  • Good hotel for the money, clean and well kept. Free breakfast and happy hour by the pool is a nice touch. Very convenient location, close to ASU campus. Too busy to try the pool, but saw many other guests enjoying it during our stay. Overall, a good place to stay, I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

  • The hotel does show some signs of age, but it was clean and for the price, fine for my trip. The best part of the hotel is the morning breakfast included in the room price. The servers are friendly and deliver your cooked to order breakfast with a smile.This area of Scottsdale seems to be declining which made me just a bit uncomfortable traveling alone, but the location offers the advantage to being close to the two loop freeways.

  • We had to move rooms several times. the only good things were the free drinks and breakfast. At 1:45 am on a tuesday night we were awakened by the bar on the next property that blasted its music for 15 minnutes on outside speakers. we called the front desk and kept looking outstide. Thje front desk said they couldnt stop them and there was no noise ordinance that prevented it. We called the police and the police said that they would shut down any noise that bothered the neighbors at any time. As we looked outside we saw that many of the bar patrons were parked at the hotel while they attended the bar. The staff at the hotel did not want to be bothered and that sums up the staff and the owners, very poor stated of repair, peeling vinyl floor, caulking etc.Not worth the money.

  • I was very pleased with our stay at Hospitality Suite Resort! Its an older resort, BUT they have done an outstanding job at keeping the place nice, paint,carpet, floors, all are in great shape and everything was clean. It was truly a pleasant surprise, as this place really lived up to the reputation it is maintaining with its many other reviews. I am glad we chose to stay there and would most definitely stay there again if Im in the area. The room was large with a living room area, kitchen, bedroom and bath. All very comfortable. Their free made-to-order breakfast was also really nice, and the staff was friendly. I truly cant find anything negative to say about the place. It was great.

  • Although the hotel overall was simply okay and was relatively clean, I would not recommend. We checked in at 2:00 a.m. with a confirmed reservation. The air was not on in the room and the outside temp was over 100 degrees. It took well over an hour to cool off to the point where we could try to sleep. Cold water in sink was only a trickle and hot water worked sporadically. We reported these issues to front desk and they addressed sufficiently the following day, however, we did not expect to have to deal with these type issues in a hotel listed on the travel website with a 3 star rating.Continental breakfast was good and hotel is in a good location.

We stay in some very fine hotels in the southwest - mostly the Tucson area - at more than three times the price. While those resorts have superior amenities, the stay at the Hospitality Resort fit our needs while in Phoenix. I would recommend this hotel as a place to stay for anyone who would like a good value.

  • My baseball team has stayed here the past 3 years. We all enjoy the convenience to the highways as our games are all over Phoenix. The hotel is very nice, the pool and hot tub are wonderful after a hard day of playing ball. JJs is connected to the hotel for food, and there are tons of shops nearby (within walking distance).We are staying here again in 2007 and looking forward to renewing friendships with the staff !

  • All I can see is what a wonderful place. This is the best kept secret in Scottsdale. perfect location, incredible extras. This place is great. I cant believe all the bonuses you get when you stay. Breakfast was great, anything you want (from Menu). Cocktails in the evening were a nice touch to the whole stay. I will definitely stay here again, very comfortable beds and that is my pet peeve. The bed has to be comfortable. Good job Hospitality Suites. You are my home away from home from now on.
