  • my comments refer only to our weekend stay. the trotters restaurant has very good food but menu is limited. service was excellent. the all you can eat sunday buffet was costly but excellent also. room heating unit was quite noisy.

  • For two teenagers and myself, we thought the place was great. We used the fitness room and the pool every day. The pool is indoors, which my teenagers would have preferred outside. Very Clean. They loved the beds. We were about 20 minutes from everything.$8 a night charge for parking seemed a little high especially since there was lots of parking available and no one watched the cars.

  • The parking is away from the hotel. You have to walk up a hill to get to the hotel from the parking lot and you pay $ a day for the parking which is not secure parking. While the hotel states that the Metro Station is three miles away and offers free shuttle service up to five miles, the shuttle will take a minimum of 20 minutes to reach the metro. You must sign up in advance to use the shuttle and the shuttles stops running at 3pm on Friday and during the weekend. Therefore dont count on using the shuttle to get to the Metro. The breakfast buffet is $ for mediocre food, so you are better off going away from the hotel to eat. The check-in staff were business-like and not consumer friendly.. The entire hotel is nonsmoking, although when we got to our room the toilet was filled with cigarette butts. The staff accommodated our desire to change rooms. The cable tv was not working all evening due to a thunderstorm. The hotel offered free movie channel, although that was also not working either. The pool was warm and clean and the exercise room was nice. It will take approximately 30 minutes to Copley Square from the hotel. Our family will stay elsewhere next visit
