  • We were on a tight schedule, trying to cram a lot of sightseeing into four days, so we did not take advantage of the facilities, other than our room. Additionally, we have a pool and spa at our home in L.A., so although we saw others enjoying the pool etc., we cannot give a personal review.The hotel is located directly across from a large, modern strip mall, with many popular stores. The facility is attractive, new, and wecoming. We found our room to be spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were heavenly! There was a microwave and a decent size fridge, both clean and convenient-and unobtrusive to the decor. We even had a view of the mountains, not spectacular, but better than the parking lot! The bathroom was very nice, with attractive stone tiles, marble counters, and a great shower. Even the towels were wonderfully thick and fluffy.No complaints about room service or other staff we encountered. All in all, we enjoyed every aspect of our stay!

  • I stay at the Holiday Inn quite often. Every time I stay in Kalispell and go to check in they know my first and last name. They greet me like family they havent seen in a few years. I just look foward to going to Kalispell I feel so welcomed. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff is wonderful if I need anything they bring it right to me. They have fresh cookies out every night. Every time I stay there I read a different book from the shelf by the fireplace. They are very accomodating to my needs, they know what floor I like to be on. I just love staying at this location. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and to any one traveling to Kalispell.

  • Only stayed one night. Very clean and close to anything you could need. Its not listed, but they do not have an airport shuttle. The cab ride was * to the airport. That was the only downfall to this hotel. The Holliday Inn in Whitefish does have a free airport shuttle though.

  • I agree with the other reviewer and was there when the pool was NOT ready yet.We found this VERY disappointing. The rooms however were VERY nice,spacious, clean and modern. We loved the flatscreen , microwave and fridge in the room! Very nice breakfast offered every morning, just wish i was told the HOURS of operation. We will return and hope that the pool will be ready then.

  • Hotel is brand new. Located at far north side of Kalispell. Rooms are great. Room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Very disappointed that pool has not completed construction even though website says it is available. Call to verify if it is open if this is important to you. A lot of strip mall shopping is going up nearby. Family friendly hotel with free breakfast. Two computers available for internet use. May need a month or so before they get are completely ready for business. July 6/07

  • I have stayed at at least 5 different Holiday Inn Express hotels over the past several years. The Kalispell property is as good as any Ive stayed at. It is very new or very well maintained. The room, hallways, lobby and laundry room were all very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast buffet was excellent and was usually available prior to the advertised 6:30 am serving time. The warm cookies every evening were also a nice touch. Any monor problems were quickly resolved by the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.
