There was no air conditioning in the room, just a dirty box fan. The sliding windows facing the parking lot were bolted shut; the windows facing the back of the building were broken off their tracks and the screens had big holes in them. The shower in the bathroom was filled with flying insects that had come in through the busted screens.I immediately went back to the front desk (after calling Travel online and staying on hold for more than 20 minutes without talking to a human being). The desk clerk got the manager, who told me they had to charge me for that day but would take the second days reservation off my account. The next day, when i called Travel online to confirm the charge had been taken off my account, the customer service agent told me the hotel refused to do so.DO NOT STAY AT THIS FLEA-BAG HOTEL. It is a rip-off.
