  • The location and hotel it self was okay. Unfortuntely, when checking they acted as if they didnt get my reservation. The manager tried to charge me for what he would charge for a room with double beds not what my confirmation said. He ASSUMED their would be two people in the room because I booked double beds for myself. After much debate he reversed my charge and processed my credit card for the amount I was gauranteed when booked. I was surprised that for a suite the bath towels barely covered your body (better used as a hair towel) and the room was not cleaned daily.
