  • I never stayed at the Lord Berri preferring to stay at the Gouverneur, a short distance away. With the decline in the dollar and increased rates at the Gouverneur I decided to try the Lord Berri. I will definitely return. It was much more tranquil than the Gouverneur. The Lord Berri is a short walk from the Berri bus station. Excellent restaurants are nearby as well as a great bakery. St Catherines street is a short walk from the hotel. For first time visitors to the village as well as more frequent visitors to Montreal, the Lord Berri is a comfortable, affordable, conveniently located hotel.
