The park-like MONDI Active & Family Resort Oberstaufen is situated on a south-facing slope, just a 5-minute drive from the nearest cable car. It is 800 meters from the center of Oberstaufen and a 40-minute drive from Lindau on Lake Constance, or 1 hour from Neuschwanstein Castle. The resort comprises 10 alpine-style buildings with restyled apartments and exclusive chalet apartments for up to eight people. All units feature a kitchenette and a private balcony or terrace. Many offer stunning views of the Allgäu Alps. The MONDI Resort Oberstaufen is a partner of the Oberstaufen PLUS Card. With this guest pass, you receive numerous attractive benefits for your stay, in addition to our own services, such as free use of the cable cars on the Imberg, Hochgrat, and Hündle mountains, free admission to the Aquaria adventure pool, and much more. In summer, guests can rent e-bikes free of charge. In winter, the ski pass for the whole family is included. The spacious wellness area invites you to relax and unwind. Here you'll find a bright indoor pool, a whirlpool, a bio sauna, a Finnish sauna, a steam room, an infrared cabin, and a relaxation room. Younger guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities, including an 80 sq m indoor playground, a new farm-themed playground, a forest adventure trail with a fun animal scavenger hunt, a fleet of ride-on toys, and an outdoor ball and exercise area. A children's program for 4- to 12-year-olds is offered four days a week. Active guests can also enjoy bowling, billiards, table tennis, streetball, and tennis on-site. The fitness room is equipped with modern cardio equipment. The resort offers yoga and fitness classes. At the MONDIs Staufenküche restaurant, with its panoramic balcony, a varied breakfast buffet is served in the mornings (reservations required), and fine Allgäu à la carte cuisine is available in the evenings. The cozy Staufenbar, with its sun terrace, offers snacks, coffee, cakes, ice cream, and drinks. Many dishes are also available for takeaway.
