After booking the Studio with Garden View – Ground Floor, guests are assigned to any available ground-floor studio. Selecting a specific studio number is not possible. Please note that the patio is located within a shared garden area and is not fully private. After booking the Studio with Balcony, guests are assigned to any available first- or second-floor studio. Specific floor requests cannot be accommodated or guaranteed. A valid ID card or passport is required upon check-in. Breakfast is not provided. No food or beverage items are supplied in the studio. There is no reception desk on site. Assistance is available via email, WhatsApp, or Viber. We speak English and Greek. Pets, parties, events, and electric vehicle charging are not permitted. **Beach Access:** Our property is built on a small hill above Lourdas Beach. Access to the beach road is via a very short stone staircase with only a few steps, followed by a gentle slope. This access may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. For accurate navigation to Rosa's Beach Studios, we recommend using Google Maps. Booking.com Maps and Apple Maps often provide incorrect directions in our area.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
